Presbyterian/St. Luke's Medical Center is a hospital in the City Park West neighborhood of Denver. In speech and in writing, the hospital is referred to informally by its initials: P/SL.

Judi's House was founded by Brian Griese in honor and in memory of his mother, Judi Griese, who died from breast cancer when Brian was twelve years old. Judi Griese was the wife of former Miami Dolphins star, Bob Griese. Judi Griese died in 1988 after a six-year battle with breast cancer. In his book, Undefeated (ISBN 0-7852-7021-3), co-written with his father, Brian recalled that he felt he had nowhere to turn to with his grief. He reported that he did not want to burden his father, as he was dealing with his own grief at the time. (Bob Griese had also lost his father when he was ten years old). While playing for the Denver Broncos, Brian Griese established a house where children could meet with support groups and counselors. Griese named it Judi's House, and placed a picture of Judi over the fireplace. The house features rooms where children could create art or become physically active as they dealt with their grief. Judi's House is located in Denver, Colorado, and more than 6,000 children and their adult caregivers from the metro area have participated since it opened in 2002.

The Pearce–McAllister Cottage is a former historic house museum in the City Park West neighborhood of northeast Denver, Colorado, United States. It is administered by History Colorado (the Colorado Historical Society).The cottage was built in 1899 in the Dutch Colonial Revival style. The Denver-based architect Frederick Sterner built the house for Harold V. Pearce and his wife, Cara Rowena Bell Pearce. The second owners, the McAllisters, remodeled the interior in the 1920s and this is how the cottage is now presented. The Pearce–McAllister Cottage was home to the Denver Museum of Miniatures, Dolls and Toys until 2018. The collection includes more than 20,000 objects from 1680 onwards. The house was listed on the US National Register of Historic Places in 1972.

The SAME Cafe is a nonprofit community cafe located at 2023 East Colfax Avenue, Denver, Colorado, United States. Brad and Libby Birky invested $30,000 to open the restaurant on October 20, 2006, inspired by their background in community service and a visit to the One World Cafe in Salt Lake City, Utah. The name is an acronym for "So All May Eat", and their motto is "Making healthy, organic food available to all". They offer higher quality food in a pay what you can format where the diner puts what they feel their meal was worth in a donation box. They also accept a 1/2 hour of volunteer help in exchange for a meal, made possible by Colorado laws which do not require a food handlers certificate for restaurant workers.

Blush & Blu is a lesbian bar located on East Colfax Avenue in Denver, Colorado. It is the city's last lesbian bar, down from a peak of seven, and one of approximately twenty remaining in the United States.Blush & Blu is owned by Jody Bouffard who previously owned tHERe Coffee Bar and Lounge from 2005 to 2011 and Her Bar from 2008 to 2011. Bouffard also worked at a bar called The Elle. In 2012, she reacquired tHERe Coffee Bar and Lounge's space, which she reopened as Blush. It gained its current name in 2013 following an expansion, which also included Voodoo Doughnut's first Colorado location.Bouffard is also an artists, and her work decorates the bar's space.

The Altamaha Apartments, at 1490 Lafayette St. in the Cheesman Park neighborhood of Denver, Colorado, was built in 1902. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2004. It was designed by architect George L. Bettcher in Italian Renaissance Revival style.It was deemed significant as representing "Denver's early twentieth century adoption of a new form of residential housing-the luxury apartment building. The Altamaha Apartments are also significant under Criterion C, as they embody the distinctive characteristics of the Italian Renaissance Revival style as applied to an apartment building.It has also been known as Alta Court, and in 2020 a sign indicates Alta Court Offices.The listing includes two contributing buildings.

Thatcher Memorial Fountain a fountain located in City Park, Denver, Colorado, was created by sculptor Lorado Taft and dedicated in 1918. The fountain, dedicated to the memory of Joseph Addison Thatcher who died in 1918 consists of a central figure representing The State or Colorado surrounded by three groups, Loyalty, Love, and Learning.Joseph Addison Thatcher was a wealthy Denver businessman and banker.

The Cornwall Apartments is a building on the National Register of Historic Places in the Capitol Hill section of Denver, Colorado. The apartments were designed by Denver architect Walter Rice in a Mexican colonial style that capturing a cosmopolitan spirit and gaiety in the unusual architectural elements for 1900, such as its balustrades, mouldings, and varied balconies. Reed made most of the terra cotta trim himself. It may have been the first building of a Spanish-derived architectural style. Other houses of the time were generally of Victorian and European architectural styles. Other architects and designers found that the Spanish style is more appropriate for Colorado's climate. The three-storied building has 21 apartments, a roof garden and full basement. A former ballroom has been in the north tower has repurposed as a penthouse apartment. The other towers were used as "summer gardens". In 1901, the building was described as "the handsomest structure on the Hill" by the Rocky Mountain News.The building's first owner, William T. Cornwall, was a Denver Fire Clay Company executive and a local real estate developer. The building is now condominiums, and the exterior was renovated in 2010.

Tears–McFarlane House is a historic house located in Denver, Colorado, that was listed on the National Register of Historic Places on January 11, 1976. It was designed by Frederick Sterner.Railroad attorney Daniel W. Tears and his wife commissioned the construction of the Georgian-style house in 1898. They lived in the house for more than 40 years, and during that time became Denver socialites. In 1937, the house was purchased by Ida Kruse McFarlane and Frederick McFarlane. Ida was an English professor at the University of Denver, who helped restore the Central City Opera House. After her death, Frederick married Lillian Cushing, a dancer and actress, who gave dancing lessons in a studio in the basement.In 1966, it became the residence and offices of Gary Hart, who was then a United States senator. It became the Greater Capitol Hill Events Center in 1977 and is now the Center for the People of Capitol Hill.

The St. Ignatius Loyola Church in Denver, Colorado is a historic church at the junction of E. 23rd Ave. and York Street. It was built in 1924 and was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1994.It has a truncated cruciform plan. It is 192 feet (59 m) long, 75 feet (23 m) feet wide, and 109 feet (33 m) tall.It was designed by the architectural firm of Mountjoy and Frewen.

The Caroline Bancroft House is a historic house in Denver, Colorado. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places on August 29, 1990. The house named for Caroline Bancroft, who was born there in 1900 and wrote about Colorado history from 1929 to 1968. She lived in the house until 1975.
