Praça de Espanha (Lisbon)

Teatro Aberto is a theatre located in Lisbon, Portugal next to the Praça Espanha. Together with the Portuguese Society of Authors (Sociedade Portuguesa de Autores), it organizes the annual Grande Prémio de Teatro Português.

Praça de Espanha station is part of the Blue Line of the Lisbon Metro.

The Central Mosque of Lisbon (Portuguese: Mesquita Central de Lisboa) is the main mosque of Lisbon, Portugal, serving the capital city's Islamic community, the mosque is Europe's third largest mosque outside of Turkey. The building was designed by the architects António Maria Braga, winner of the 2019 Rafael Manzano Prize, and João Paulo Conceição; its external features includes four minaret and two domes. The mosque contains reception halls, a prayer hall and an auditorium. The Central Mosque has formed a council to provide financial and others services to members of the local Muslim community.

The Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation (Portuguese: Fundação Calouste Gulbenkian), commonly referred to simply as the Gulbenkian Foundation, is a Portuguese institution dedicated to the promotion of the arts, philanthropy, science, and education. One of the wealthiest charitable foundations in the world, the Gulbenkian Foundation was founded on 18 July 1956 according to the last will and testament of Calouste Sarkis Gulbenkian, a Portugal-based oil magnate who bequeathed his assets to the country in the form of a foundation. Gülbenkian the Armenian oil magnate had one of the largest private art collections in Europe, which is housed in the foundation's Calouste Gulbenkian Museum in Lisbon. The foundation hosts numerous institutions and initiatives including the Gulbenkian Orchestra, Gulbenkian Science Institute, Gulbenkian Prizes and the Gulbenkian Commission.

The Calouste Gulbenkian Museum houses one of the world's most important private art collections. It includes works from Ancient Egypt to the early 20th century, spanning the arts of the Islamic World, China and Japan, as well as the French decorative arts, Impressionist painting and the jewellery of René Lalique.

Hospital Curry Cabral (Portuguese pronunciation: [ɔʃ.piˈtaɫ ku.ˈʁi kɐˈβɾaɫ], "Curry Cabral Hospital") is a public Central Hospital serving the Greater Lisbon area as part of the Central Lisbon University Hospital Centre (CHULC), a state-owned enterprise. Originally devised in the early 20th century as a specialised hospital for infectious diseases, Curry Cabral Hospital currently offers many other specialities: it is perhaps best known as the national reference centre on liver transplantation and hepato-bilio-pancreatic diseases, and as the only public physical medicine and rehabilitation inpatient care service in the Lisbon Metropolitan Area.It is named after José Curry da Câmara Cabral (1844–1920), eminent clinician and medical researcher who was instrumental in the creation of the hospital in 1906.

The Centro de Arte Moderna Gulbenkian (CAM) is a major venue for contemporary art in Portugal and holds one of the largest collections of modern and contemporary Portuguese artworks. Its building is currently under renovation and will reopen to the public, with a reformulated building, by Kengo Kuma, to celebrate its 40th anniversary in 2023. The CAM continues to develop its activities beyond the limits of the building until its reopening.

The Instituto Português de Oncologia Francisco Gentil, also known as the Instituto Português de Oncologia (I.P.O.), Portuguese for Portuguese Oncology Institute, is a state-run cancer hospital and research organization in Portugal. The I.P.O. has autonomous regional branches in Lisbon, Porto and Coimbra.

São Sebastião is an interchange station where the Blue and Red Lines of the Lisbon Metro connect, being located on Avenida António Augusto de Aguiar in the São Sebastião da Pedreira neighbourhood.

NOVA University Lisbon (Portuguese: Universidade NOVA de Lisboa, pronounced [univɨɾsiˈðað(ɨ) ˈnɔvɐ ðɨ liʒˈβo.ɐ]), or just NOVA, is a Portuguese public university whose rectorate is located in Campolide, Lisbon. Founded in 1973, it is the newest of the public universities in the Portuguese capital city, earning its name as the "New" (NOVA) University of Lisbon. The institution has more than 20,000 students, 1,800 professors and staff members distributed through five faculties, three institutes and one school, providing a variety of courses in several fields of knowledge.

Rock Rendez-Vous (also known as simply RRV) was one of the best known nightclubs in Lisbon, Portugal during the 1980s and early 1990s. It's regarded as one of the most important music venues for rock music in Portugal during the 80s. It was located at the ancient Universal cinema place, at the Rua de Beneficência ao Rego. The opening act, in 1980, 18 December was Rui Veloso. RRV was closed in 1983, but a petition was made to reopen the club. RRV promoted concerts of foreign acts like Teardrop Explodes, Killing Joke, The Chameleons, Danse Society, The Raincoats, The Sound and The Lords of the New Church. In 1984, RRV promoted the 1st Modern Music Contest (1º Concurso de Música Moderna), which achieved huge success among Portuguese bands, and had 7 editions (from 1984 to 1989 and 1994 with RTP support). After 1984 1st Modern Music Contest (1º Concurso de Música Moderna), it was created the record label Dansa do Som.

After that, and until it moved to Carcavelos in September 2018, the School was housed in the 19th-century building of the former Jesuit College of Campolide.
