Wuhlebecken

Wuhlheide station is a station of the Berlin S-Bahn on the Berlin-Frankfurt (Oder) railway (“Lower Silesian–Markish Railway”). It is located at the junction of the line with the Berlin outer ring in the district of Köpenick. In addition to the platform for line S3 of the S-Bahn, it also includes the terminus of the Berlin Park Railway (Berliner Parkeisenbahn) to the south of the S-Bahn line, which connects to a recreational area. The station is not to be confused with the now abandoned Wuhlheide marshalling yard on the outer ring.

The East Tangential Link - in German Tangentiale Verbindung Ost (TVO) - is a road project connecting the Eastern boroughs of Berlin, Germany. It was fully described in the Transport Master Plan for the GDR Capital ("Generalverkehrsplan der Hauptstadt der DDR") in 1969 but it is unfinished to date. The original six lane expressway design has been cut back over time.

The station opened in 1988 to serve the new development of Biesdorf and is near the village commons and the Biesdorf Center shopping mall (on B1). Until 1989, it was the eastern terminus of what is now line U5.

Biesdorf-Süd is a Berlin U-Bahn station located on the line. The station opened in 1988. After Tierpark, It comes above ground. The next station is Elsterwerdaer Platz.

The Biesdorfer Baggersee is an excavation lake located in the locality (Ortsteil) of Biesdorf within the borough (Bezirk) of Marzahn-Hellersdorf in Berlin, Germany. It is one of the largest quarry ponds in the Berlin area.

Stadion An der Alten Försterei (English: Stadium at the old forester's house) is a football stadium in Köpenick and the largest single-purpose football stadium in the German capital of Berlin. It has been home to football club 1. FC Union Berlin and its forerunners since its opening in 1920. The stadium's capacity was last redeveloped in 2009 and expanded in 2013. Some of the redevelopment work was carried out by over 2,300 Union Berlin supporters volunteering their services. During league matches the arena features a total capacity of 22,012. There are 3,617 seats available whilst the rest of the ground remains terracing. The stadium became also known for events like the annual "Weihnachtssingen" (Christmas Carols Event) and the "WM-Wohnzimmer" (World Cup Living Room) in 2014.

The Parkbühne Wuhlheide ("Wuhlheide Park Stage") is a cultural heritage site in Berlin, Germany, that serves as an open-air performance venue in the shape of an amphitheater. It is part of Volkspark Wuhlheide ("Wuhlheide Public Park") in the Berlin-Oberschöneweide neighborhood in the district of Bezirk Treptow-Köpenick. The Kindl-Bühne has a non-seated spectator capacity of 17,000 and a seated capacity of 15,300. It is the second-largest open-air stage in Berlin, trailing only the Waldbühne in size.

The Wuhle is a small right-bank tributary of the Spree. It originates in a ground moraine in Brandenburg near Ahrensfelde and flows through the Berlin boroughs of Marzahn-Hellersdorf and Treptow-Köpenick before joining the Spree. It is the primary in- and outflow of the Wuhlebecken. The Wuhle is depicted in the coat of arms of Marzahn-Hellersdorf.

Biesdorf (German pronunciation: [ˈbiːsˌdɔʁf] (listen)) is a locality (Ortsteil) within the Berlin borough (Bezirk) of Marzahn-Hellersdorf. Until 2001 it was part of the former borough of Marzahn.

The Biesdorf Palace (German: Schloss Biesdorf) is a Neoclassical-style building in Marzahn-Hellersdorf, Berlin. Constructed in 1868, Werner von Siemens acquired the palace in 1887. However, in 1889 he handed the building over to his son, Georg Wilhelm von Siemens. Damaged in World War II, the building was reconstructed on the basis of its original appearance, with the work being completed in 2016.
