It lies approximately 6 kilometres (4 mi) north-east of Słubice, 58 km (36 mi) south-west of Gorzów Wielkopolski, and 78 km (48 mi) north-west of Zielona Góra. The village has a population of 400.

Lebus (Polish: Lubusz) is a historic town in the Märkisch-Oderland District of Brandenburg, Germany. It is the administrative seat of Amt ("collective municipality") Lebus. The town, located on the west bank of the Oder river at the border with Poland, was the centre of the historical region known as Lubusz Land, which provides the name for the present-day Polish Lubusz Voivodeship.

The SOSiR Stadium (pol. Stadion SOSiR) (locally known as the Lubusz Stadium (pol. Stadion Lubuski) or Polonia Stadium (pol. Stadion Polonii)) is a multi-purpose stadium in Słubice, Poland, home of the IV liga football club Polonia Słubice. It is located just east of the Oder river close to the German border. Building work on the 16-acre (65,000 m2) complex employing Russian prisoners of war commenced in spring of 1914, when present-day Słubice was still part of German Frankfurt (Oder), but due to the effects of World War I wasn't completed until 1927. Despite its name and contrary to common belief, the Olympic Stadium (originally named Ostmarkstadion) was not built for the 1936 Summer Olympics.With the implementation of the Oder–Neisse line, the area passed to the Republic of Poland in 1945. The stadium underwent a complete refurbishment in 2003. It now counts as one of the oldest stadia in Poland with its historical south-eastern tribune reminiscent of an amphitheatre.

Słubice [swuˈbʲit͡sɛ] is a border town in the Lubusz Voivodeship, in western Poland. Located on the Oder river, it lies directly opposite the city of Frankfurt (Oder) in Germany, which it was a part of as Dammvorstadt until 1945. As of 2019, the town had a population of 16,705, with an urban agglomeration of Słubice-Frankfurt counting 85,000 inhabitants. Previously located in the Gorzów Wielkopolski Voivodeship (1975–1998), the town is currently the capital of Słubice County and the administrative seat of the Gmina Słubice. It is part of the historical region of Lubusz Land.

It came into being on January 1, 1999, as a result of the Polish local government reforms passed in 1998. Its administrative seat and largest town is Słubice, which lies 63 km (39 mi) south-west of Gorzów Wielkopolski and 79 km (49 mi) north-west of Zielona Góra. The county contains three other towns: Rzepin, lying 19 km (12 mi) east of Słubice, Ośno Lubuskie, lying 25 km (16 mi) north-east of Słubice, and Cybinka, 24 km (15 mi) south-east of Słubice. The county covers an area of 999.77 square kilometres (386.0 sq mi). As of 2019 its total population is 47,018. The most populated towns are Słubice with 16,705 inhabitants and Rzepin with 6,529 inhabitants.

Its seat is the town of Słubice, which lies approximately 63 kilometres (39 mi) south-west of Gorzów Wielkopolski and 79 km (49 mi) north-west of Zielona Góra. The gmina covers an area of 185.42 square kilometres (71.6 sq mi), and as of 2019 its total population is 20,061.

Kunowice ([kunɔˈvʲit͡sɛ]; (German: Kunersdorf) is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Słubice, within Słubice County, Lubusz Voivodeship, in western Poland, near the Oder river and the German border. It lies approximately 5 kilometres (3 mi) east of Słubice, 60 km (37 mi) south-west of Gorzów Wielkopolski, and 75 km (47 mi) north-west of Zielona Góra. In 2008 the village had a population of 700.

It lies approximately 8 kilometres (5 mi) north-east of Słubice, 56 km (35 mi) south-west of Gorzów Wielkopolski, and 76 km (47 mi) north-west of Zielona Góra. The village has a population of 100.

The Church of the Holy Virgin Mary The Queen of Poland (Polish: Kościół Najświętszej Maryi Panny Królowej Polski) is located in Słubice, a small town in Słubice County, in Lubusz Voivodeship, in Poland. It belongs to the Roman Catholic Church. The building which dates back to 1775 and served as a rifle range was adapted to its present use after World War II, when Słubice became a part of the Polish territory.

The Wikipedia Monument (Polish: Pomnik Wikipedii), located in Słubice, Poland, is a statue designed by Armenian sculptor Mihran Hakobyan honoring Wikipedia contributors. It was unveiled in Frankfurt Square (Plac Frankfurcki) on 22 October 2014 in a ceremony that included representatives from both local Wikimedia chapters and the Wikimedia Foundation.

The Stadtarchiv Frankfurt (Oder), (German: City Archives of Frankfurt an der Oder), contains the documents with information about the history of the city Frankfurt upon Oder and its citizens from the 13th century to the present day. To the archives belongs: seeds, sources for history research, acts, maps, plans, manuscripts, newspapers, magazines, books, stamps and other materials. The library (built in 1925), part of archives, contains about 16 000 volumes of printed books from 1470–2001, and 34 incunabula printed before 1470 in Frankfurt. Most of them by Viadrina University of Frankfurt.
