Scott Creek Middle School, or simply Scott Creek, is a public middle school in Coquitlam, British Columbia serving grades six to eight. The school was founded in 1996, and is part of School District 43 Coquitlam. The school is located at 1240 Lansdowne Drive, halfway between Port Moody and Coquitlam Centre. The school sports teams are all called the Scott Creek Coyotes. The school principal is Lisa Rinke.

Coquitlam Central station is an intermodal rapid transit station in Metro Vancouver served by both the Millennium Line—part of the SkyTrain system—and the region's West Coast Express commuter rail system. The station is located on the north side of the Canadian Pacific Railway (CPR) tracks in Coquitlam, just west of the Lougheed Highway rail overpass, near the Coquitlam Centre shopping mall. 601 parking spaces are available on site. All services are operated by TransLink. On December 2, 2016, the Millennium Line's Evergreen Extension entered revenue service at the station, providing service to VCC–Clark in Vancouver and Lafarge Lake–Douglas in Coquitlam.

The City Centre Aquatic Complex is an indoor aquatic centre featuring an Olympic size swimming pool in the Town Centre area of Coquitlam, British Columbia. The building was designed by Vic Davies Architect Ltd., built at a cost of $8.2 million, and opened in March 1994. The interior is orange with rope railings around the wave pool. The pools use ozone for secondary water purification. Coquitlam City Hall is the home of Coquitlam City Council in Coquitlam, British Columbia, Canada. It is located at the intersection of Pinetree Way and Guildford Way in the Town Centre neighbourhood. City Hall is part of a two-building complex built in the campus, the other being Public Safety Building which houses the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) detachment. Both buildings were designed by Grant & Sinclair Architects Limited and completed in 2001.

It is located in Coquitlam, British Columbia, Canada and opened for service on December 2, 2016, along with the rest of the Evergreen Extension.The station features 4 bus passenger pickup/drop-off bays along Pinetree Way, a dedicated HandyDART area, night bus service, bike lockers/racks, and 150 City of Coquitlam-managed "Park and Ride" parking spaces.

The Evergreen Cultural Centre is a community gathering place for performing and visual arts activities in Coquitlam, British Columbia, opened in October 1996 by former Coquitlam Mayor Lou Sekora. The design team was headed by Thom Weeks of Architectura, and the contract was completed by Proscenium Architecture.The Centre features a 257-seat black box theatre (with configurable seating from stadium to flat floor), a fully equipped rehearsal hall, four art studios, and a 1,500-square-foot (140 m2) art gallery. The Centre is owned by the City of Coquitlam and operated by the Evergreen Cultural Centre Society, a nonprofit organization. Evergreen Cultural Centre is located in Coquitlam's Town Centre Park, overlooking Lafarge Lake.Programming at the Evergreen Cultural Centre includes live theatre, comedy, musical concerts, family programming, visual arts workshops, gallery programs, and more. The facility serves as the home theatre for the Stage 43 Theatrical Society, and is also part of the Arts Club Theatre Company circuit that brings popular plays to the venue. The Centre is the home venue for the Pacific Symphonic Wind Ensemble and the Coastal Sound Music Academy. A second 750-seat auditorium has been planned, but has yet to be funded.

ERH is one of 12 hospitals under the jurisdiction of Fraser Health, which services more than 1.3 million people. Eagle Ridge Hospital officially opened its doors on 7 April 1984 and operates a 24-hour emergency department, ambulatory, long-term care and acute care programs. It is a Centre of Excellence for elective surgery for urology, obstetrics and gynaecology, plastics and orthopedics.
