Épisy (French pronunciation: [epizi] ) is a former commune in the Seine-et-Marne department in the Île-de-France region in north-central France. On 1 January 2016, it was merged into the new commune Moret-Loing-et-Orvanne. Inhabitants of Épisy are called Épisiens.

On 1 January 2015, Écuelles and Moret-sur-Loing merged becoming one commune called Orvanne, which merged into the new commune Moret-Loing-et-Orvanne on 1 January 2016.

Montigny-sur-Loing is a railway station in Montigny-sur-Loing, Île-de-France, France. The station opened in 1860 and is on the Moret–Lyon railway. The station is served by Transilien line R (Paris-Gare de Lyon) operated by SNCF.

On 1 January 2017, it was merged into the commune Moret-Loing-et-Orvanne.It is located near Moret-sur-Loing. Moret–Veneux-les-Sablons station has rail connections to Montargis, Melun, Montereau-Fault-Yonne, Laroche-Migennes and Paris.

The Communauté de communes Moret Seine et Loing is a federation of municipalities (communauté de communes) in the Seine-et-Marne département and in the Île-de-France région of France. Its area is 228.2 km2, and its population was 38,818 in 2018.

GR 11 is a long-distance footpath in the Île-de-France region of France. It is part of an extensive national network of rural hiking trails. It follows a circular route around Paris, going through the départements of Val d'Oise, Seine-et-Marne, Essonne and Yvelines. Towns passed through include Chantilly, Senlis, Fontainebleau, Provins, Mantes-la-Jolie and Chevreuse. The circle is much wider than that followed by the GR 1, which also rings Paris.

The commune was established on 1 January 2015 by merger of the former communes of Écuelles and Moret-sur-Loing. On 1 January 2016, it was merged into the new commune Moret-Loing-et-Orvanne.

Moret-Loing-et-Orvanne (French pronunciation: [mɔʁɛ lwɛ̃ e ɔʁvan]) is a commune in the Seine-et-Marne department, in the Île-de-France region in north-central France. Moret-sur-Loing is the municipal seat. The municipality was established on 1 January 2016 and consists of the former communes of Épisy, Montarlot and Orvanne. Orvanne was the result of the merger of the communes of Moret-sur-Loing and Écuelles on 1 January 2015. On 1 January 2017, the former commune of Veneux-les-Sablons was merged into Moret-Loing-et-Orvanne.
