Palm Bay Hospital

The Turkey Creek Sanctuary is a small nature reserve in Palm Bay in Brevard County, Florida, and incorporates salty hammock and sand pine ridge habitats. It has 1.85 miles (3 km) of boardwalk paths and 1.5 miles (2.4 km) of jogging trails through native forest to Turkey Creek, an excellent site for seeing birds, turtles, manatees, alligators as well as other local wildlife. The creek is an important breeding ground for both salt and fresh water fish and is accessible via a canoe deck. The Sanctuary is part of the East Florida section of the Great Florida Birding Trail.The property was donated to the Florida Audubon Society and the city of Palm Bay in 1978, and fundraising to conserve the area began in 1981. By 1994 113 acres (46 ha) were protected by the voluntary management committee. The park is open daily, from 7am to sunset. It occasionally is threatened by environmental concerns. Heavy rains in September 2014 caused partially treated wastewater to spill into Turkey Creek.The Margaret Hames Nature Center was opened in 1992 and offers environmental education programs, including nature day camps.

The facility served as the home field for the NCAA Division II Florida Tech Panthers football team representing the Florida Institute of Technology, and is the home field for the Palm Bay Magnet High School Pirates football team. Prior to July 2015, the facility was known as Pirate Stadium before Florida Tech purchased naming rights for the stadium.

The FCC first licensed this station to begin operations on March 14, 2016, using callsign WECA-LP; the station's call sign had been assigned on May 13, 2015.

Covenant Christian School was a private Christian school located in Palm Bay, Florida. The school educated students in Kindergarten to 12th grade. The school was founded as a ministry of Covenant Presbyterian Church of Palm Bay in 1993. It is no longer associated with the church. The school announced that it would merge with Calvary Chapel Academy on their campus beginning in the fall of 2021, making the 2020–2021 school year the final one for the school. The final school day and chapel was on May 21 with the final graduation on May 28.The school building is now apart of the Pineapple Cove Academy campuses located throughout Palm Bay as of 2023.
