Everton Park (Chinese: 艾弗顿园) is a subzone within the planning area of Bukit Merah, Singapore, as defined by the Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA). Its boundary is made up of New Bridge Road and Eu Tong Sen Street in the north; Kampong Bahru Road in the west; the Ayer Rajah Expressway (AYE) in the south; and Cantonment Road in the east.Everton Park also refers to a minor road within the subzone. The subzone took its name from this road.

The Pinnacle@Duxton is a 50-storey residential development in Singapore 's city center, next to the business district. All seven connected towers are collectively the world's tallest public residential buildings, and featuring the two longest sky gardens ever built on skyscrapers, at 500m each.Unique amongst Housing and Development Board (HDB) projects, it is the design winner of a worldwide competition which attracted more than 200 entries. Residences are designated as special types, S1 and S2, having altogether 35 different unit variations – with dissimilar combinations of features such as extended bays, balconies, bay windows and planter areas. In addition, a viewing gallery on the 52nd storey provides for special events and VIP state visitors. On 8 August 2010, Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong delivered his annual National Day message from the gallery. Owing to the sky gardens' popularity as an elevated viewing location for National Day firework displays on 9 August, entry for the day may be publicly balloted.Pinnacle@Duxton was conferred the 2010 Best Tall Building (Asia and Australasia) award by the Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat, as well as the 2011 Urban Land Institute's Global Awards for Excellence. Tras Street is a street located in Tanjong Pagar in the Outram Planning Area and Downtown Core in Singapore. The road connects Enggor Street and Gopeng Street to Cook Street, and is intersected by Wallich Street.

Oasia Hotel Downtown is a 27-story mixed-use hotel and office skyscraper in the Downtown Core district of Singapore. Its exterior includes 21 species of climbing plants on its facade. The building's exterior, constructed atop vertical grid panels, will appear more "furry" over time, with only specks of its orange, pink and maroon aluminium mesh exterior remaining visible. About 40 percent of the building's volume consists of communal green space elevated vertically into the skyscraper.The building was designed by the architectural firm WOHA and developed by the Far East Organization. It opened in April 2016. It received the 2018 award for "Best Tall Building in the World" from the Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat.

Custom Operations Command is a building on Keppel Road in Tanjong Pagar, Singapore. Completed in 1940, it initially served as the headquarters of the customs division of Tanjong Pagar and a living quarters for revenue officers. It later became the headquarters of the Singapore Customs enforcement operations. In 2019, the organisation moved out of the building, which had been earmarked for redevelopment in 2009.

Cantonment MRT station is a future underground Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) station on the Circle line (CCL), situated in Bukit Merah planning area, Singapore, along Everton Road near the junction of Spottiswoode Park Road. This station is part of Stage 6 of the Circle line which will "close the circle" between the HarbourFront and Marina Bay stations. The station is built underneath and will be integrated with the historic Tanjong Pagar railway station, which ceased operations on 1 July 2011. Cantonment station will provide MRT access to the future Greater Southern Waterfront development. The station was to be opened in 2025 along with the other CCL6 stations, but was delayed to 2026 due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

The Central Police Division (or 'A' Division), is one of the seven land division of the Singapore Police Force. It was established in 1867 and is the longest-serving Police Division in Singapore. Amongst the seven land divisions covering all of Singapore's primary land mass, Central Division has the smallest operational area, covering just over 27 square kilometres and has a residential population of around 280,000.

The Volunteer Special Constabulary (VSC) is an important component of the Singapore Police Force (SPF), contributing more than seventy years of volunteer service to the nation. The VSC officers are imbued with equal powers of a regular police officer to enforce law and order in Singapore. The VSC comprises volunteers from the general public, from grassroots committee volunteers to white-collar workers to blue-collar workers, to serve the common good by complementing the Singapore Police Force. VSC Officers wear the same police uniform to mainly patrol the streets and participate in public outreach roadshows to clock their volunteering hours. Previously headquartered at the Eu Tong Sen Street Police Station and Toa Payoh Police Station, it relocated to the new Police Cantonment Complex in year 2000.

The Commercial Affairs Department (CAD) is a staff department of the Singapore Police Force (SPF). The department was first established in 1984 as the Commercial Crime Department (CCD), it is the white-collar crimes unit of the SPF.

The Police Cantonment Complex (PCC) is a high-rise government complex located on 391 New Bridge Road, Singapore 088762, next to Outram Park MRT station. It was officially opened in July 2001.

Yan Kit Swimming Complex, located along Yan Kit Road, was the second public swimming pool in Singapore, opening in 1952 and closing on April 2001. The complex cost a total of $513,000 (as of 1952) and pool users had to pay fifteen cents per entry. The complex closed due to a daily attendance of only 120 users by 2001.
