Boustead Institute was a building located at the junction of Tanjong Pagar Road and Anson Road in Singapore which initially served as a hostel for seamen. It later housed the Toby's Paradise bar, and was demolished in the 1970s.

Fuji Xerox Towers (formerly IBM Towers) is a high-rise skyscraper located in Downtown Core, Singapore. It is located on 80 Anson Road, in the zone of Shenton Way and Tanjong Pagar. The building sits within four roads, namely Tanjong Pagar Road, Bernam Street, Keppel Road and Anson Road.The building is next to the Ayer Rajah Expressway, and close to the Lippo Centre, RCL Centre, Realty Centre, and Anson House, all of which are roughly 100 metres away. The 38-storey high freehold development rises 165.0 metres above ground. In December 2005, the Fuji Xerox Towers was conferred the Energy Smart Label Award from the Energy Sustainability Unit of the National University of Singapore and Singapore's National Environment Agency.

Anson is a subzone located within the Downtown Core district of Singapore. Its namesake road, Anson Road, was built in 1879 and is named after Major-General Sir Archibald Anson, a former Lieutenant-Governor of Penang, and probably also after Commodore George Anson, Naval Commander of Far East Squadron in 1815.Buildings in Anson include the Anson Centre (built in 1971), Anson House, Hub Synergy Point, Springleaf Tower, the International Plaza, MapleTree Anson, M Hotel Singapore, Fuji Xerox Towers and AXA Tower.

Oasia Hotel Downtown is a 27-story mixed-use hotel and office skyscraper in the Downtown Core district of Singapore. Its exterior includes 21 species of climbing plants on its facade. The building's exterior, constructed atop vertical grid panels, will appear more "furry" over time, with only specks of its orange, pink and maroon aluminium mesh exterior remaining visible. About 40 percent of the building's volume consists of communal green space elevated vertically into the skyscraper.The building was designed by the architectural firm WOHA and developed by the Far East Organization. It opened in April 2016. It received the 2018 award for "Best Tall Building in the World" from the Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat.

The Nei Xue Tang Museum ("Hall of Inner Learning") (Simplified Chinese: 内学堂）is a private museum of Buddhist art in Singapore. The museum was created by collector Woon Wee Teng under a program enacted by the Singapore government to allow collectors to show their collections in their own homes. Opened in 2005, the collection is located in a four-storey pre-war house built in the Peranakan style on Cantonment Road. In 2007 the museum announced plans for a much larger museum.

Lippo Center is a 150 m (490 ft) skyscraper located at 78 Shenton Way in Singapore's Downtown Core. It was completed in 1990, has 34 floors, and is tied with two buildings of The Gateway as the 43rd-tallest building in the city-state. It was sold to Commerz Real AG for US$650 million in December 2007. Resource Pacific Holdings Pte Ltd, a company that is located on the 28th floor of the Lippo Center, currently houses the Honorary Consulate of Jamaica.

Tras Street is a street located in Tanjong Pagar in the Outram Planning Area and Downtown Core in Singapore. The road connects Enggor Street and Gopeng Street to Cook Street, and is intersected by Wallich Street.

Altez, is one of the tallest skyscrapers in Singapore and tied for the tallest residential building with Skysuites @ Anson. The building sits at the city centre of Tanjong Pagar.

Yan Kit Swimming Complex, located along Yan Kit Road, was the second public swimming pool in Singapore, opening in 1952 and closing on April 2001. The complex cost a total of $513,000 (as of 1952) and pool users had to pay fifteen cents per entry. The complex closed due to a daily attendance of only 120 users by 2001.

The Pinnacle@Duxton is a 50-storey residential development in Singapore 's city center, next to the business district. All seven connected towers are collectively the world's tallest public residential buildings, and featuring the two longest sky gardens ever built on skyscrapers, at 500m each.Unique amongst Housing and Development Board (HDB) projects, it is the design winner of a worldwide competition which attracted more than 200 entries. Residences are designated as special types, S1 and S2, having altogether 35 different unit variations – with dissimilar combinations of features such as extended bays, balconies, bay windows and planter areas. In addition, a viewing gallery on the 52nd storey provides for special events and VIP state visitors. On 8 August 2010, Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong delivered his annual National Day message from the gallery. Owing to the sky gardens' popularity as an elevated viewing location for National Day firework displays on 9 August, entry for the day may be publicly balloted.Pinnacle@Duxton was conferred the 2010 Best Tall Building (Asia and Australasia) award by the Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat, as well as the 2011 Urban Land Institute's Global Awards for Excellence. The development has been featured in numerous local and foreign documentaries, including Discovery Channel's "How we invented the World: Skyscrapers"
