The Bibliothèque du cinéma François-Truffaut is a film library in Paris, France. It is located at 4 rue de Cinéma, in the Forum des Halles. Its collections consist of books, journals, film music, DVDs, and press reviews. It is named for the French film director François Truffaut.

The Musée Grévin – Forum des Halles was a wax museum located in the Forum des Halles, level 1, in the 1st arrondissement of Paris at 1 Rue Pierre Lescot, Paris, France. It opened in 1981 and closed in 1996. The museum was an annex of its main Musée Grévin, and devoted to life in the Belle Époque (1885-1900). It featured 21 animated scenes with sound effects.

Châtelet–Les Halles (French: [ʃɑtlɛ le al]) is a major train hub in Paris and one of the largest underground stations in the world. Opened in 1977, it is the central transit hub for the Paris metropolitan area, connecting three of five RER commuter-rail lines and five of sixteen Métro lines. The hub hosts 750,000 travellers per weekday (493,000 for the RER alone) and platforms separated by up to 800 metres (0.5 mi). It is named after the nearby Place du Châtelet public square and the Forum des Halles, a shopping mall.

Les Halles (French pronunciation: ​[le al]) is a station on Line 4 of the Paris Métro. Located in the 1st arrondissement, it takes its name from the market halls which were on the site for many years.

The Pavillon des Arts was a museum located in the 1st arrondissement of Paris at Les Halles, 101, rue Rambuteau, Paris, France. According to an article in Evene.fr, the museum closed in 2006. The museum was established in 1983 in a contemporary glass and steel building within Les Halles. Its exhibition space was devoted to temporary exhibits of photography, painting, sculpture, archaeology, objets d'art, jewellery, costumes, textiles, furniture, books, medals, and so forth.

The Holy Innocents' Cemetery (French: Cimetière des Saints-Innocents or Cimetière des Innocents) is a defunct cemetery in Paris that was used from the Middle Ages until the late 18th century. It was the oldest and largest cemetery in Paris and had often been used for mass graves. It was closed because of overuse in 1780, and in 1786 the remaining corpses were exhumed and transported to the unused subterranean quarries near Montparnasse known as the Catacombs. The place Joachim-du-Bellay in the Les Halles district now covers the site of the cemetery. The cemetery took its name (referring to the Biblical Massacre of the Innocents) from the attached church of the Holy Innocents that was demolished at the same time as the cemetery was cleared.

The Fontaine des Innocents is a monumental public fountain located on the place Joachim-du-Bellay in the Les Halles district in the 1st arrondissement of Paris, France. Originally called the Fountain of the Nymphs, it was constructed between 1547 and 1550 by architect Pierre Lescot and sculptor Jean Goujon in the new style of the French Renaissance. It is the oldest monumental fountain in Paris.

Place Joachim-du-Bellay is a square near the center of Paris, France, in the 1st arrondissement, near Les Halles and the Pompidou Center. It is named after Joachim du Bellay, a French poet and literary critic (1522–1560). The place Joachim-du-Bellay was built in 1787 on the location of the previous Holy Innocents' Cemetery, after the cemetery's demolition. The Fountain of Innocents now resides in the center of the square, marking the last still standing remnant of the cemetery.

It is a designated monument historique.

Écoute is a sculpture by French artist Henri de Miller in Paris. It is a giant stone head with cupped hand in front of the Church of St-Eustache. It is near to another sculpture by the same artist; a very large sundial designed by the astronomer Dandrel and made by the sculptor, in the Jardin des Halles, above the Forum des Halles.
