The Third Street Commercial Corridor Historic District is a historic district on Third Street in Fall River, Massachusetts. It encompasses a pair of early 20th-century commercial buildings that have survived subsequent urban renewal projects in the city's downtown area. The district was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 2023. Both buildings have been converted to residential use.

The S. Gourse & Sons Block is a historic commercial building located at 162-170 Pleasant Street in Fall River, Massachusetts. Built in two stages between 1896 and 1926, it is an architecturally distinctive surviving building in the city from that period, its two sections designed by prominent local architects. The building was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2022; The building has been converted to residential use.

Academy Building (also known as "Academy of Music Building" or "Borden Block") is a historic building in Fall River, Massachusetts. The building was constructed in 1875 as a memorial to Nathaniel Briggs Borden by his family. It opened its doors on January 6, 1876. It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1973.

Cataract Engine Company No. 3 is a historic building at 116 Rock Street in Fall River, Massachusetts. It also served as the meeting hall of the Richard Borden GAR Post No. 46 of the Grand Army of the Republic. It is now occupied by a tobacco shop. The building is a two-story wood-frame structure, three bays wide, with a front-facing gable roof. A single-story porch spans the front, and plain pilasters grace the building corners. It was built in 1843 as the city's third fire station. It is the city's only surviving frame fire station, and one of its only surviving non-residential Greek Revival structures.The building was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1983.

Fall River Government Center (also known as "city hall") is the location of the municipal government offices in the city of Fall River, Massachusetts, United States. Located at One Government Center, and constructed directly over Interstate 195, it was the first public building built over a Federal interstate highway. It replaced the city's historic 19th century city hall which had been demolished in the early 1960s as part of the construction of Interstate 195, which cuts through the center of the city's downtown area. Delayed and plagued by problems during construction, the new city hall opened in 1976. In 2008, the building and site underwent a multimillion-dollar exterior renovation.

The Belmont Club, also known as the John Young House, is a historic house on Franklin Street in Fall River, Massachusetts. The house was built in 1845, and is one of the few surviving homes built close to the city's business district soon after the devastating 1843 fire. It was purchased by the Belmont Club in 1934. The club reopened under new ownership in December 2012.The house was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1983, and included in the Downtown Fall River Historic District in 1985.

Pilgrim Mills is an historic textile mill located at 847 Pleasant Street in Fall River, Massachusetts. The mill was built in 1911 from red brick and was the first mill in the city powered entirely by electricity, provided from the local grid. It was one of the last mill complexes built in the city. The property was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1983.

Downtown Fall River Historic District is a historic district on North and South Main, Bedford, Granite, Bank, Franklin, and Elm Streets in Fall River, Massachusetts. The district was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1983.
