Titterstone Clee Hill, sometimes referred to as Titterstone Clee or Clee Hill, is a prominent hill in the rural English county of Shropshire, rising at the summit to 533 metres (1,749 ft) above sea level.It is one of the Clee Hills, in the Shropshire Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The nearest town to the hill is Ludlow, which can be seen from parts of Cleehill village.

Cleehill is a village in south Shropshire, England. It is sometimes written as Clee Hill Village (including the road sign entering the village) to avoid confusion. It lies in the civil parish of Caynham. The market towns of Ludlow and Cleobury Mortimer are both 5.5 miles (8.9 km) distant, Ludlow to the west and Cleobury to the east. It lies on the slope of Titterstone Clee Hill and, lying between 1,120 feet (340 m) and 1,250 feet (380 m) above sea level, it is one of the highest settlements in the county.

Knowbury is a small village near Ludlow in Shropshire, England. It is located in the civil parish of Caynham. It is near to Clee Hill Village and had a part-time Post Office - now closed. There were two adjacent public houses in the village, on Hope Bagot Lane - the Penny Black, and the Bennett's End. The Bennett's End continues to be a pub, though the Penny Black is now closed.The Elan aqueduct passes through the area and crosses the Colly Brook valley (including Cumberley Lane) on the impressive Bennett's End Aqueduct.

Its benefice is united with those of eleven local churches to form the Tenbury Team Ministry. The church is recorded in the National Heritage List for England as a designated Grade I listed building.

Hope Bagot is a hamlet and civil parish in Shropshire, England. It is situated south of Cleehill and the parish is hilly in nature. The market town of Ludlow is 6.0 miles (9.7 km) away. The parish church in the hamlet is St John the Baptist's Church, which is small and largely Norman in style.It is a grade I listed building.The Hill (de Hull/de la Hall) family Court of Hill and Burford were associated with the settlement from the 1200s.

Bitterley is a village and civil parish in Shropshire, England. According to the 2001 census the parish had a population of 802, increasing to 902 at the 2011 Census. The village is about 4 miles (6.4 km) east of Ludlow on the western slopes of Titterstone Clee Hill. Bitterley is the location for Bitterley Court about 0.62 miles (1.00 km) east of the modern village. Nearby to the east, is the small hamlet of Bedlam.

The Bitterley Hoard is the largest post medieval / English Civil War Coin Hoard found to date from Shropshire, England. It was discovered on 17 February 2011 by a metal detector user near the village of Bitterley, South Shropshire. The find consists of one gold coin and 137 high denomination silver coins. These were placed within a high quality leather purse which was contained within a pottery vessel called a tyg. The earliest coin was from the reign of Edward VI, the latest from the Bristol Provincial Mint of Charles I, indicating it was buried after early 1644.On 28 June 2012 the coin hoard was declared as Treasure under the 1996 Treasure Act by the Coroner for Shropshire. and has been valued by the independent treasure valuation committee of the Department for Culture, Media and Sport. Shropshire Museum Service has expressed an interest in acquiring the hoard for display at Ludlow Museum. Funds are being raised via public subscription by the Friends of Ludlow Museum.

Knowle is a small village in Shropshire, England. It lies largely in the civil parish of Nash. It is 0.7 miles (1.1 km) south of the larger village of Cleehill (which has a primary school, two pubs and several shops) on the B4214 road to Tenbury Wells.The football club "Clee Hill United" play their home games at Knowle Sports Ground, the highest venue in the Mercian Regional Football League at an elevation of 935–950 feet (285-290m).

Cleeton St Mary (or Cleeton) is a small village in south Shropshire, England. It lies on the northeast slope of Titterstone Clee Hill, at an elevation of 316 metres (1,037 ft) above sea level. Cleeton forms part of the civil parish of Bitterley, even though the parish largely exists on the other side of Titterstone Clee, and Cleeton is effectively detached (by road). Cleeton St Mary is a parish ward. Large areas of common land remain around the village; the countryside here is largely pasture (for grazing of sheep and horses), woodland and moorland.The church of Saint Mary (Church of England) is situated here but is relatively new, being built in the second half of the 19th century (along with the schoolhouse).Cleeton is mentioned in the Cadfael novel The Virgin in the Ice which is set in 1139.

Whitton is a hamlet and civil parish in Shropshire, England. It is situated east of Caynham and the market town of Ludlow is 5.2 miles (8.4 km) away. There is a parish church in the hamlet.Whitton Court is a grade I listed manor house dating from 1611, previously the home of Lord Mayor of London Sebastian Harvey, and members of the Charlton family. The village church, St Mary The Virgin, is notable for stained-glass by Sir Edward Burne-Jones and William Morris of c. 1893 in the east window.
