Mines Wellness City, formerly known as Mines Resort City, is an integrated Health and Wellness resort township in Seri Kembangan, Selangor, Malaysia.

The Serdang Komuter station is a KTM Komuter train station located in Serdang, Selangor, Malaysia. The station serves KTM Komuter's Seremban Line and also previously KTM Intercity. It is located along the Besraya Expressway Sungai Besi Expressway.

SMK Seri Kembangan is a school located in Seri Kembangan, Selangor, Malaysia, on top of a hill in Bukit Serdang. It was built in 1966 and officially opened on 19 November 1968 by the late Tunku Abdul Razak. It has 3,600 students and 200 staff.

Selangor Turf Club is a horse racing track located in Serdang, Selangor, Malaysia. It is one of three horse racing courses in the country; the other two are in Ipoh, Perak and Penang.

The Australian International School Malaysia (AISM) is a private international school located in The MINES Resort City, Seri Kembangan, Selangor, Malaysia.The school provides a pre-school and K-12 education to its students; and it follows the Australian Curriculum as guided by the New South Wales Board of Studies, Teaching and Educational Standards (BOSTES). The Taman Teknologi MRT station, previously known as Technology Park is a future provisional Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) station. If constructed, it will serve the suburb of Bukit Jalil (mainly Technology Park in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and serve as one of the stations on Klang Valley Mass Rapid Transit (KVMRT) Putrajaya Line. The station will be planned to be built at the tin mine lake near Mines North toll plaza of the Besraya Expressway. The SSP Line expected to complete and start operation on 2022.

Sungai Besi (formerly known as Sungei Besi) (English: Steel River) is a town and suburb within the Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur. The federal constituency of Sungai Besi existed from 1974 to 1995. Sungai Besi was a historical mining town with many heavy industries such as steelworks, waste steel plants and other steel industries. Sungei Besi Tin Mine site was the largest and deepest open cast alluvial tin mine in the world and in Malaysia. The town has since developed from a large area of village settlements.

The Asia Pacific University of Technology and Innovation (APUTI) is a private university in Malaysia established in 1993 as the Asia Pacific Institute of Information Technology (APIIT). In 2004, it was granted University College status and renamed to Asia Pacific University College of Technology and Innovation (APUCTI). The Bukit Jalil Sports School (BJSS) (Malay: Sekolah Sukan Bukit Jalil, SSBJ) is the first sports school in Malaysia. The school is located at the National Sports Complex compound in Bukit Jalil, Kuala Lumpur. Sekolah Sukan Bukit Jalil was opened in 1996 and the pioneers were only Form One and Form Four students. Ex-sprinter and former Sportswoman of the Years Marina Chin became head teacher in 2007.

Bandar Tun Hussein Onn is a township in 11th-Mile Cheras (Batu 11 Cheras) in Bangi constituency, Selangor, Malaysia. It was named after the third Malaysian Prime Minister, Tun Hussein Onn (in office 1976–1981). It is primarily a residential area, established in the early 1990s. It is situated about 13 km southeast of central Kuala Lumpur and 7.5 km north of Kajang. UDA Holdings Bhd is the developer of the Bandar Tun Hussein Onn township, established in 1971 by the government with authority to develop this area. In 1989, UDA Holdings acquired a 752 acres (304 ha) piece of land in Cheras known as Bandar Tun Hussein Onn. It is known as the largest housing development in Cheras Selatan. In 1995, Bandar Tun Hussein Onn won the FIABCI Award of Distinction for Residential Property. Upon completion, the total population has increased up to 35,000, consisting of 6,000 residential units. Bandar Tun Hussein Onn is resided by 20,000 to 35,000 people or 6,000 housing units, where 80 per cent of the residents are Muslim (in 2013).

Putra Indoor Stadium (Malay: Stadium Putra), currently named as Axiata Arena for sponsorship reasons, is a multi-purpose indoor arena in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

The Sungai Besi LRT station is a light rapid transit (LRT) station in Sungai Besi, a town in the Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. This station is served by the LRT Sri Petaling line. It was opened in 1996, along with 17 other LRT stations along the LRT line. In the future, it will be integrated with the MRT Putrajaya Line. The MRT line is expected to start operations in 2022. The station will also be integrated with the proposed Maju KL KTM Komuter station.
