Le Génépi

The Pointe des Ecandies is a mountain of the Mont Blanc Massif, located between Trient and Champex in the canton of Valais. It is located north of the Pointe d'Orny and east of the Trient Glacier.

The Pointe Ronde is a mountain of the Mont Blanc massif, overlooking Trient in the canton of Valais. It lies near the northern end of the Arête de la Lys, the ridge descending in a north-westerly direction from the Génépi towards the Col de la Forclaz.

Trient is also the German name for the city of Trento, ItalyTrient (French pronunciation: [tʁiɛ̃]) is a municipality in the district of Martigny in the canton of Valais in Switzerland.

Col de la Forclaz (el. 1,527 m or 5,010 ft) is a mountain pass in the Alps in the Canton of Valais in Switzerland. It connects Martigny at 471 m (1,545 ft) and Le Châtelard (Finhaut). The road from Martigny to the Col has an average gradient of 6% but in parts is closer to 8%. After the Col, and Le Châtelard, the road leads to Chamonix in France via Vallorcine and the Col des Montets. The pass was little known in the 19th century. It was not until the rise in tourism, particularly in Chamonix, that the region became a popular tourist area.

Martigny-Combe is a municipality in the district of Martigny in the canton of Valais in Switzerland.

La Breya (2,374 m) is a mountain of the Mont Blanc massif, overlooking Champex in the canton of Valais. It is accessible by chair lift from Champex, the upper station being located at Grands Plans (2,194 m). From there a trail leads to its summit.

Champex Pass (French: "Col de Champex") (el. 1470 m.) is a high mountain pass in the Alps in the canton of Valais in Switzerland. It is near the village of Champex-Lac.

Martigny-Croix railway station (French: Gare de Martigny-Croix) is a railway station in the municipality of Martigny, in the Swiss canton of Valais. It is located on the standard gauge Martigny–Orsières line of Transports de Martigny et Régions.

Mont de l'Arpille is a mountain of the Alps, located south-west of Martigny in the Swiss canton of Valais. It is located north of the Col de la Forclaz and geographically part of the Mont Blanc massif.
