Beit HaLevi

HaOgen (Hebrew: העוגן, הָעֹגֶן, lit. anchor) is a kibbutz in central Israel. Located in the Sharon plain, it falls under the jurisdiction of Emek Hefer Regional Council and is affiliated with Hashomer Hatzair. In 2021 it had a population of 952.

Wadi Qabbani (Arabic: وادي قباني), also known as Khirbat ash Sheik Husein (Arabic: خربة الشيخ حسين) was a Palestinian Arab village in the Tulkarm Subdistrict. It was probably depopulated during the 1947–48 Civil War in Mandatory Palestine on March 1, 1948, as part of Operation Coastal Clearing. It was located 12 km northwest of Tulkarm. The name, Qabbani came from the Lebanese family who owned most of the land.

The Hefer Valley Regional Council (Hebrew: מועצה אזורית עמק חפר, Mo'atza Azorit Emek Hefer) is a regional council in the Hefer Valley region of the Sharon plain in central Israel. It is named after an administrative district in this area in the time of King Solomon (1 Kings 4:10). The council covers an area adjacent to Hadera in the north, to Netanya in the south, to the Mediterranean in the west and to Tulkarm and the Green Line in the east. As of December 2020, the jurisdiction area of the council has a population of about 42,600 people.The Regional Council offices are located near Kfar Monash, at the Ruppin junction, next to the Ruppin Academic Center.

Kfar Monash (Hebrew: כְּפַר מוֹנַשׁ, lit. Monash Village) is a moshav in central Israel. Located in the northern part of the Sharon plain and covering 2,700 dunams, it falls under the jurisdiction of Hefer Valley Regional Council. In 2021 it had a population of 926. The vast majority of its residents are Jewish.

Ruppin Academic Center (Hebrew: הַמֶרְכָּז הַאָקָדֶמִי רוּפִּין), also known as Ruppin College, is a college in Israel, which has the status of an institutional settlement. It was established in 1949, is named after Arthur Ruppin, and is located near the moshav Kfar Monash, and within the Hefer Valley Regional Council area. In 2015, it had 4,500 students, whilst the village had a population of 226 in 2021.

Haniel (Hebrew: חַנִּיאֵל) is a moshav in central Israel. Located in the Sharon plain near Netanya and Kfar Yona, it falls under the jurisdiction of Hefer Valley Regional Council. In 2021 it had a population of 903.

Mishmar HaSharon (Hebrew: מִשְׁמַר הַשָּׁרוֹן, lit. Guard of the Sharon) is a kibbutz in central Israel. Located in the Sharon plain, it falls under the jurisdiction of Hefer Valley Regional Council. In 2021 it had a population of 613.

Ma'barot, often called Ma'abarot, is a kibbutz in Emek Hefer in central Israel, in the wider region of the Sharon Plain. Established in 1933 and located about 11 kilometers (6.8 mi) northeast of Netanya, it falls under the jurisdiction of Hefer Valley Regional Council. In 2021 it had a population of 983.

Kfar Haim (Hebrew: כְּפַר חַיִּים, lit. 'Haim Village') is a moshav in central Israel. Located in the coastal plain near Netanya, it falls under the jurisdiction of Hefer Valley Regional Council. In 2021 it had a population of 640.

Kfar Yedidia (Hebrew: כְּפַר יְדִידְיָה, lit. 'Yedidia Village') is a moshav in central Israel on the coastal plain. With an area of 3,000 dunams, it falls under the jurisdiction of Hefer Valley Regional Council. In 2021 it had a population of 751.

Hogla (Hebrew: חָגְלָה, חוגלה, lit. Partridge) is a moshav in central Israel. It is named after Hogla, who settled here in the district of the tribe of Menashe (Joshua 17:3). Located in the coastal plain to the south of Hadera, it falls under the jurisdiction of Hefer Valley Regional Council. In 2021 it had a population of 868.

Hadar Am (Hebrew: הֲדַר עָם, lit. Nation Citrus) is a moshav in central Israel. Located in the Sharon plain near Netanya, it falls under the jurisdiction of Hefer Valley Regional Council. In 2021 it had a population of 696.
