Hefer Valley Regional Council

Kfar Monash (Hebrew: כְּפַר מוֹנַשׁ, lit. Monash Village) is a moshav in central Israel. Located in the northern part of the Sharon plain and covering 2,700 dunams, it falls under the jurisdiction of Hefer Valley Regional Council. In 2021 it had a population of 926. The vast majority of its residents are Jewish.

Ruppin Academic Center (Hebrew: הַמֶרְכָּז הַאָקָדֶמִי רוּפִּין), also known as Ruppin College, is a college in Israel, which has the status of an institutional settlement. It was established in 1949, is named after Arthur Ruppin, and is located near the moshav Kfar Monash, and within the Hefer Valley Regional Council area. In 2015, it had 4,500 students, whilst the village had a population of 226 in 2021.

Wadi Qabbani (Arabic: وادي قباني), also known as Khirbat ash Sheik Husein (Arabic: خربة الشيخ حسين) was a Palestinian Arab village in the Tulkarm Subdistrict. It was probably depopulated during the 1947–48 Civil War in Mandatory Palestine on March 1, 1948, as part of Operation Coastal Clearing. It was located 12 km northwest of Tulkarm. The name, Qabbani came from the Lebanese family who owned most of the land.

Beit HaLevi (Hebrew: בֵּית הַלֵּוִי, lit. 'House of the Levite') is a moshav in central Israel. Located in the Sharon plain near Netanya, it falls under the jurisdiction of Hefer Valley Regional Council. In 2021 it had a population of 840.

HaOgen (Hebrew: העוגן, הָעֹגֶן, lit. anchor) is a kibbutz in central Israel. Located in the Sharon plain, it falls under the jurisdiction of Emek Hefer Regional Council and is affiliated with Hashomer Hatzair. In 2021 it had a population of 952.

Mishmar HaSharon (Hebrew: מִשְׁמַר הַשָּׁרוֹן, lit. Guard of the Sharon) is a kibbutz in central Israel. Located in the Sharon plain, it falls under the jurisdiction of Hefer Valley Regional Council. In 2021 it had a population of 613.

Kfar Haim (Hebrew: כְּפַר חַיִּים, lit. 'Haim Village') is a moshav in central Israel. Located in the coastal plain near Netanya, it falls under the jurisdiction of Hefer Valley Regional Council. In 2021 it had a population of 640.

Kfar Yedidia (Hebrew: כְּפַר יְדִידְיָה, lit. 'Yedidia Village') is a moshav in central Israel on the coastal plain. With an area of 3,000 dunams, it falls under the jurisdiction of Hefer Valley Regional Council. In 2021 it had a population of 751.

Hadar Am (Hebrew: הֲדַר עָם, lit. Nation Citrus) is a moshav in central Israel. Located in the Sharon plain near Netanya, it falls under the jurisdiction of Hefer Valley Regional Council. In 2021 it had a population of 696.

Ma'barot, often called Ma'abarot, is a kibbutz in Emek Hefer in central Israel, in the wider region of the Sharon Plain. Established in 1933 and located about 11 kilometers (6.8 mi) northeast of Netanya, it falls under the jurisdiction of Hefer Valley Regional Council. In 2021 it had a population of 983.

The Beit Lid suicide bombing, (also named Beit Lid massacre) was a double suicide attack by the Palestinian Islamic Jihad against Israeli soldiers at the Beit Lid Junction on January 22, 1995. 21 soldiers and one civilian were killed. It was the first suicide attack by Palestinian Islamic Jihad.

The HaSharon Junction (Hebrew: צומת השרון), commonly known as Beit Lid Junction (Hebrew: צומת בית ליד), is a key road junction in the Sharon region of Israel. It intersects Highway 4 and Highway 57. The junction serves as a large transportation hub for dozens of Egged and Kavim buses. On the southwest corner of the junction is Ashmoret Prison, a civilian jail. The junction was the scene of the Beit Lid suicide bombing, a 1995 attack by Palestinian Islamic Jihad. It is planned that in the future, a large interchange will replace the current intersection. It will be located slightly north of the existing junction, along a new alignment of Highway 57, which will be shifted to the north.
