Kfar Mordechai (Hebrew: כְּפַר מָרְדְּכַי) is a moshav in central Israel. Located about 30 kilometers south of Tel Aviv, between Ashdod, Gedera and Yavne, it falls under the jurisdiction of Gederot Regional Council. In 2019 it had a population of 644.

Beit Gamliel (Hebrew: בֵּית גַּמְלִיאֵל, lit. House of Gamliel) is a religious moshav in central Israel. Located south-east of Yavne, it falls under the jurisdiction of Hevel Yavne Regional Council. In 2019, it had a population of 1,019.

Shdema (Hebrew: שְׁדֵמָה) is a moshav in south-central Israel. Located near Gedera in the coastal plain, it falls under the jurisdiction of Gederot Regional Council. In 2021 it had a population of 586.

Aseret (Hebrew: עֲשֶׂרֶת) is a community settlement on the coastal plain of south-central Israel. Located near Gedera, it falls under the jurisdiction of Gederot Regional Council. It was founded in 1954 on the ruins of the depopulated Palestinian village of Bashshit. The word "Aseret" means ten, and the community is named after the ten members of Bilu who founded Gedera. In 2021 its population was 969.

Bashshayt (Arabic: بشيت), also Beshshayt, was a Palestinian Arab village in the Ramle Subdistrict, located 16.5 kilometers (10.3 mi) southwest of Ramla about half a mile from wadi Bashshit. Archaeological artifacts from the village attest to habitation in the Early Islamic period and 12th and 13th centuries. Mentioned by Arab geographers from the 13th century onward, there was a tomb for the Neby Shayt ("prophet Seth") in the village. Like much the rest of Palestine, Bashshayt was ruled by the Crusaders, Mamluks, Ottomans and the British. It was depopulated at the beginning of the 1948 Palestine war during Operation Barak. Along with the villages of Barqa, Bayt Daras, al-Batani al-Sharqi, and al-Maghar, among others, Bashshayt was attacked by Haganah's Givati Brigade. Following its depopulation, Bashshayt was mostly destroyed. There are seven Israeli localities now situated on what were the village lands.

Yavne East railway station is one of two railway stations in Yavne, Israel. It is on the suburban line Binyamina/Netanya–Tel Aviv–Rehovot/Ashkelon. Yavne East was opened in 1992 and was fully rebuilt in 2009. Despite the name, the station is located south of the city of Yavne, near the entrance via Highway 42, and adjacent to an industrial area. Five local and intercity bus lines serve the station and the parking lot has 300 spaces. Yavne East station is located about 3 km south-west of the former Yibna railway station, which opened in 1920 as part of the Lod–Ashkelon railway, operated by Palestine Railways. The former station was located near the village of Al-Qubayba, presently within the moshav Ge'alya east of Yavne. The other railway station in Yavne, Yavne West, is located in the western part of the city and is situated on the new rail line from Tel Aviv to Ashdod via Rishon LeZion, adjacent to the Yavne Central Bus Station and was opened in 2012. Yavne East is one of only two train stations in Israel with only a single passenger platform (the other being the little-used Dimona railway station). As part of the double-tracking, upgrade and electrification works of the Rehovot–Pleshet section of the Lod–Ashkelon railway and a large housing and commercial development plan for the area, Yavne East station will be rebuilt in a different location on the railway sometime by the mid-2020s decade. The new station will have four passenger platforms located below ground level with the station building situated at ground level.

In the Battle of Yibneh (Yibna) in 1123, a Crusader force led by Eustace Grenier crushed a Fatimid army from Egypt sent by Vizier Al-Ma'mun between Ascalon and Jaffa.

Yibna (Arabic: يبنى; Jabneh or Jabneel in Biblical times; Jamnia in Roman times; Ibelin to the Crusaders), was a Palestinian village with a population of 5,420 in 1948, located 15 kilometers southwest of Ramla. Yibna was taken by Israeli forces on 4 June 1948, and was depopulated during the military assault and expulsion.

Meishar (Hebrew: מֵישָׁר) is a moshav in south-central Israel. Located in the coastal plain near Gedera, it falls under the jurisdiction of Gederot Regional Council. In 2021 it had a population of 811.

Ben Zakai (Hebrew: בֶּן זַכַּאי) is a religious moshav in central Israel. Located in the Shephelah, it falls under the jurisdiction of Hevel Yavne Regional Council. In 2019 it had a population of 1,132.

The Yibna Bridge is a Mamluk arch bridge near Yibna, which crosses the river Nahal Sorek (formerly known as Nahr Rubin, or Wadi al-Tahuna). It was previously used by Route 410 to Rehovot, and was known as the Jumping Bridge due to a bump in the middle of the bridge which caused cars to jump if speeding. It is now a part of a recreation ground, next to a new bridge carrying the Route 410.

Misgav Dov (Hebrew: מִשְׂגַּב דֹּב, lit. Dov's Fortress) is a moshav in south-central Israel. Located near Gedera in the coastal plain, it falls under the jurisdiction of Gederot Regional Council. In 2021 it had a population of 714.
