Bashshayt (Arabic: بشيت), also Beshshayt, was a Palestinian Arab village in the Ramle Subdistrict, located 16.5 kilometers (10.3 mi) southwest of Ramla about half a mile from wadi Bashshit. Archaeological artifacts from the village attest to habitation in the Early Islamic period and 12th and 13th centuries. Mentioned by Arab geographers from the 13th century onward, there was a tomb for the Neby Shayt ("prophet Seth") in the village. Like much the rest of Palestine, Bashshayt was ruled by the Crusaders, Mamluks, Ottomans and the British. It was depopulated at the beginning of the 1948 Palestine war during Operation Barak. Along with the villages of Barqa, Bayt Daras, al-Batani al-Sharqi, and al-Maghar, among others, Bashshayt was attacked by Haganah's Givati Brigade. Following its depopulation, Bashshayt was mostly destroyed. There are seven Israeli localities now situated on what were the village lands.

Kfar Mordechai (Hebrew: כְּפַר מָרְדְּכַי) is a moshav in central Israel. Located about 30 kilometers south of Tel Aviv, between Ashdod, Gedera and Yavne, it falls under the jurisdiction of Gederot Regional Council. In 2019 it had a population of 644.

Bnaya (Hebrew: בְּנַיָה) is a moshav in central Israel. Located in the Shephelah near Ashdod, Gedera and Yavne, it falls under the jurisdiction of Brenner Regional Council. In 2019 it had a population of 798.

Givat Washington (Hebrew: גִבְעַת וָשִינְגְטוֹן, lit. 'Washington Hill'), also known as Beit Raban (Hebrew: בֵּית רַבָּן, lit. 'House of Raban') is a religious youth village in central Israel. Located near Kvutzat Yavne, it falls under the jurisdiction of Hevel Yavne Regional Council. In 2021 it had a population of 922.

Neve Mivtah (Hebrew: נְוֵה מִבְטַח, lit. Oasis of Confidence) is a small moshav in southern Israel. Located near Bnei Ayish and Gedera, it falls under the jurisdiction of Be'er Tuvia Regional Council. In 2021 it had a population of 691.

Kannot (Hebrew: כַּנּוֹת, lit. 'Seedlings') is an educational institution and youth village in central Israel. Located near Gedera, it falls under the jurisdiction of Be'er Tuvia Regional Council. In 2021 it had a population of 441.

Yeshivat Kerem B'Yavneh (Hebrew: ישיבת כרם ביבנה, lit. Vineyard in Yavne Yeshiva) is a youth village and major yeshiva in southern Israel. Located near the city of Ashdod and adjacent to Kvutzat Yavne, it falls under the jurisdiction of Hevel Yavne Regional Council. In 2021, it had a population of 538.
