Horion-Hozémont is a village of Wallonia and a district of the municipality of Grâce-Hollogne, located in the province of Liège, Belgium. Horion-Hozémont was its own municipality until January 1, 1977 when it was merged with Grâce-Hollogne as part of the fusion of municipalities in Belgium. The hamlet of Cahottes was part of Horion-Hozémont until then, but was transferred to the Mons-lez-Liège district of the municipality of Flémalle. Horion-Hozémont's postal code is 4460.

Crisnée (French pronunciation: [kʁisne]; Walloon: Crusnêye) is a municipality of Wallonia located in the province of Liège, Belgium. It covers an area of 16.83 km2 and on 1 January 2013 had a total population of 3,094, giving a population density on that date of 184 inhabitants per km2. The municipality consists of the following districts: Crisnée, Fize-le-Marsal, Kemexhe, Odeur, and Thys. Crisnée is twinned with the commune of Sansais, Nouvelle-Aquitaine, in western France.

The airport mainly focuses on air freight. At the end of 2021, freight traffic reached 1,412,498 tonnes (+26%). Liege Airport is now the 5th biggest cargo airport in Europe and the 22nd biggest in the world.

Haultepenne Castle, also spelled Hautepenne Castle (French: Château de Hautepenne), is a part medieval, part Renaissance structure located in the village of Gleixhe in the municipality of Flémalle in Wallonia, Belgium. It is known for its red brick and uniquely shaped tower. For several centuries, the castle was in the possession of a Flemish noble family, Berlaymont. The name of the castle is bound to the sobriquet, the Fury of Haultepenne, when the army of Claude de Berlaymont (1550-1587) overran the Breda following a siege in 1581. The city surrendered on the condition that it would not be sacked, and when the fighting stopped, the soldiers were turned loose. Over 500 residents died.

Gleixhe (Walloon: Li Gléjhe) is a village of Wallonia in the municipality of Flémalle, district of Awirs, located in the province of Liège, Belgium. It was a municipality until July 6th 1964, when it became part of the municipality of Awirs. Awirs itself was made a district of the municipality of Flémalle in the 1977 fusion of Belgian municipalities.

Awans (French pronunciation: ​[awɑ̃]; Walloon: Awan) is a municipality of Wallonia located in the province of Liège, Belgium. On January 1, 2006, Awans had a total population of 8,696. The total area is 27.16 km² which gives a population density of 320 inhabitants per km². The municipality consists of the following districts: Awans, Fooz, Hognoul, Othée, and Villers-l'Évêque.

Awirs (Walloon: Les Awires) is a village of Wallonia and a district of the municipality of Flémalle, located in the province of Liège, Belgium. The population on December 31, 2004 was 2,869. A notable building is the 18th century Château d'Aigremont. A Neanderthal skull, Engis 2, was found in the Schmerling Caves.

The Fort de Hollogne is one of twelve forts built around Liège, Belgium, in the late 19th century. The overall Fortified Position of Liège was a constituent part of the country's National Redoubt. Fort de Hollogne was built between 1881 and 1884 according to the plans of General Henri Alexis Brialmont. Contrasting with the French forts built in the same era by Raymond Adolphe Séré de Rivières, the fort was built exclusively of unreinforced concrete, a new material, rather than masonry. The fort was heavily bombarded by German artillery in the Battle of Liège. Hollogne was never upgraded like the other forts of Liège and retains its character as a Brialmont fort. It is preserved as a museum and may be visited by the public.

Mons-lez-Liege (Walloon: Mont-dlé-Lidje) is a village of Wallonia and a district of the municipality of Flémalle, located in the province of Liège, Belgium. The town was also known under the name of Mons-Crotteux until 1977. It was a separate municipality before the merging of municipalities in 1977. The hamlet of Cahottes was part of Horion-Hozémont until then, but was transferred to Mons-lez-Liège. It is the birthplace of Louis Antoine, in 1846. He founded the Antoinism in Jemeppe-sur-Meuse in 1910.

On January 1, 2016, Herstappe had a total population of 89. The total area is 1.35 km² which gives a population density of 66 inhabitants per km². It is the least populous municipality in Belgium, and the third smallest in area. Herstappe has a bilingual (Limburgish and Walloon) population. Formally it is a municipality with linguistic facilities for French speakers, which has so far prevented a merger with neighbouring Tongeren from taking place.

Oreye (French pronunciation: [ɔʁɛj]; Dutch: Oerle, Dutch pronunciation: [ˈuːrlə] ) is a municipality of Wallonia located in the province of Liège, Belgium. On January 1, 2018, Oreye had a total population of 3,912. The total area is 19.64 km² which gives a population density of 199 inhabitants per km². The municipality consists of the following districts: Bergilers, Grandville, Lens-sur-Geer, Oreye, and Otrange.
