Be'er Tuvia (Hebrew: בְּאֵר טוֹבִיָּה, Be'er Toviya, "Tuvia's Well") is a moshav in the Southern District of Israel. Located near the city of Kiryat Malakhi, it falls under the jurisdiction of Be'er Tuvia Regional Council. In 2021 its population was 1,294.

Kiryat Malachi (Hebrew: קריית מלאכי, also spelled Kiryat Malahi, Kiryat Malakhi, or Qiryat Mal'akhi) is a city in the Southern District of Israel, 17 kilometres (11 mi) from the city pf Ashkelon. In 2021 it had a population of 25,022. Its jurisdiction is 4,632 dunams (~4.6 km2).

Al-Batani al-Sharqi (Arabic: البطاني الشرقي) was a Palestinian Arab village in the Gaza Subdistrict, located 36.5 kilometers (22.7 mi) northeast of Gaza situated in the flat terrain on the southern coastal plain of Palestine. It had a population of 650 in 1945. Al-Batani al-Sharqi was depopulated during the 1948 Arab-Israeli War.

Kfar Ahim (Hebrew: כְּפַר אַחִים, lit. 'Village of Brothers') is a moshav in south-central Israel. Located near Kiryat Malakhi, it falls under the jurisdiction of Be'er Tuvia Regional Council. In 2021 it had a population of 892.

The Malakhi Junction, also known as Qastina (Hebrew: קסטינה) for the Arab village which once stood there, is a major road junction in Israel, between Highway 40 and 3. It is located on the 37th kilometer of Highway 3. Like most junctions in Israel, it serves as a major transportation hub and has a trempiada, or hitchhiking stand. Due to its proximity to Kiryat Malakhi, it is also sometimes considered Kiryat Malakhi's central bus station, operated by the Be'er Tuvia Regional Council. In that capacity however, it has been often criticized, to the point that Ynet uses a photo of the bus stations in Qastina as a stock photo for public transportation critiques. In a March 2007 survey, Ynet gave Qastina a 0/10 rating (the lowest) out of 11 bus station checked nationwide. On March 1, 2008, the Israeli Channel 2 ran a similar survey, ranking Qastina lowest, with 0/3 on its three main criteria.In addition, the junction is a common stop for Israelis traveling between the north/center of the country (Haifa, Tel Aviv) to the south (Beersheba, Eilat), a fact that helps maintain several fast food and other small stores. The junction has a Better Place battery replacement station.During the October 2000 events, Arab citizens burned tires and threw rocks at passing buses at the junction.

Hatzor Airbase (Hebrew: בָּסִיס חֵיל-הַאֲוִויר חָצוֹר) (ICAO: LLHS), also titled Kanaf 4 (lit. Wing 4) is an Israeli Air Force (IAF) base, located in central Israel near kibbutz Hatzor after which it is named. However, there have been no fighter jets stationed there since 2021, only patrol aircraft, UAVs and defense missiles.

Kfar Warburg (Hebrew: כְּפַר וַרְבּוּרְג, lit. 'Warburg Village') is a large moshav in south-central Israel. Located near Kiryat Malakhi with 98 farms covering an area of 6,000 dunams, it falls under the jurisdiction of Be'er Tuvia Regional Council. In 2021 it had a population of 1,161.

Qastina (Arabic: قسطينة) was a Palestinian village, located 38 kilometers northeast of Gaza City. It was depopulated during the 1948 Arab-Israeli war.

Yasur (Arabic: ياصور) was a Palestinian village, located 40 kilometres northeast of Gaza, that was depopulated during the 1948 Arab–Israeli War. Its inhabitants fled a military assault by the First Battalion of Israel's Givati Brigade on 9 June 1948, part of Operation Barak.The village consisted of an estimated 244 houses, an elementary school for boys, and a village mosque. Following the war the area was incorporated into the State of Israel and Talmei Yehiel and Bnei Ayish were established on the former lands of Yasur. The ruins of the built area of the village were demolished, and the site is today located in an industrial park between Bnei Ayish and the Hatzor Airbase.

Talmei Yehiel (Hebrew: תַּלְמֵי יְחִיאֵל, lit. 'Yehiel Furrows') is a moshav in central Israel. Located near Kiryat Malachi, it falls under the jurisdiction of Be'er Tuvia Regional Council. In 2021 it had a population of 1,022.

Avigdor (Hebrew: אֲבִיגְדוֹר) a small moshav in southern Israel. Located south of Kiryat Malakhi and 11 km north of Kiryat Gat and covering 3.75 km², it falls under the jurisdiction of Be'er Tuvia Regional Council. In 2021 its population was 807.

Be'er Tuvia Regional Council (Hebrew: מועצה אזורית באר טוביה, Mo'atza Azorit Be'er Tovia), is a regional council in the Southern District of Israel. It borders Yoav and Nahal Sorek regional councils in the east; Hof Ashkelon regional council, the Mediterranean Sea, the city of Ashdod and Gan Yavne local council in the west; Gederot, Hevel Yavne regional councils and Gedera, Bnei Aish local councils in the north; Shafir regional council in the south. The town of Kiryat Malakhi is enclaved in the middle. Be'er Tuvia was incorporated as a regional council in 1950, with a land-area of approximately 140,000 dunams (140 km²). According to the Israel Central Bureau of Statistics, the regional council had a population of 18,600.
