Ethan Allen School is a K–8 school located in the Mayfair neighborhood of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. It is a part of the School District of Philadelphia. The historic school building was designed by Irwin T. Catharine and built in 1929–1930. It is a three-story, eight-bay, yellow brick building in the Art Deco style. It features an arched entryway with terra cotta trim, terra cotta cornice, and brick parapet. It was named for patriot Ethan Allen. It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1988.Students zoned to Ethan Allen are also zoned to Abraham Lincoln High School.

Wissinoming has two zipcodes 19135 and 19124.Physical boundaries are: The south side of Robbins Street on the north, Cheltenham Avenue on the south, I-95 and the Delaware River on the east, and the east side of Frankford Avenue on the west. Its borders with Frankford and Bridesburg are often disputed, with some pushing the southern boundary further to either Sanger Street or Bridge Street. In addition, its northern border with Tacony is often disputed, with some claiming the border to be as far north as Magee Avenue to as far south as Devereaux Avenue.

Magnolia Cemetery is a historic cemetery in the Tacony neighborhood of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. It was established in 1886. The cemetery grounds are bounded by Levick, Ditman, Hellerman, and Cottage Streets. Its business office is located at 6950 Tulip Street. The cemetery sits on land that was once part of Frances "Fanny" Saltar's Magnolia Cottage estate, part of the former 151-acre Magnolia Grove plantation of Thomas Gordon, who purchased the property sometime after 1759. Magnolia Cottage sat just southeast of today's intersection of Cottage Street and Magee Avenue (formerly Saltar's Lane). The cemetery and Cottage Street were named for it. Fanny's well-known "Reminiscences of Colonial Days in Philadelphia" were written at Magnolia Cottage. The cemetery was expanded in 1896 to nine acres.

It features a projecting stone entryway with Tudor-arched opening, stone openings, and a crenellated parapet.The building was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1988.

Frankford Transportation Center (also known as Frankford Terminal and Bridge-Pratt station) is a transportation terminal in Frankford, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, United States. It was once known as the Bridge Street terminal before a complete reconstruction in 2003. Frankford Transportation Center is the last stop for the Market-Frankford Line trains before heading westbound for 69th Street Transportation Center.

Wissinoming was a SEPTA Regional Rail station in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Located on Amtrak's Northeast Corridor, it was served by Trenton Line commuter trains. It was located off Comly Street in the neighborhood of Wissinoming. SEPTA discontinued service to Wissinoming on November 9, 2003, citing low ridership; 25 people were boarding at the station every day. SEPTA had previously attempted to close the station in 1994, but a strong response from the Wissinoming Civic Association won the station a reprieve.
