La Laurentienne Building (French: Édifice La Laurentienne) is a 102-metre (335 ft), 27-story skyscraper in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. The building was designed by Dimitri Dimakopoulos & Associates for Marathon Realty, Lavalin and the Laurentian Bank. It is located on René-Lévesque Boulevard at the intersection of Peel Street, in the Ville-Marie borough of Downtown Montreal. It is adjacent to the Bell Centre and the 1250 René-Lévesque skyscraper to the south, and stands on the site of the former Laurentian Hotel.La Laurentienne Building is currently owned and managed by global real estate investor, developer and owner Oxford Properties. The building's grounds are home to the outdoor bronze sculpture Cactus modulaire.

L'Avenue is a mixed-use skyscraper complex in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. It is located across from the Bell Centre in downtown Montreal, on Avenue des Canadiens-de-Montréal between de la Montagne Street and Drummond Street. The tower has 350 condos, with a hotel and/or office space making up the lower floors. Excavation work began in December 2017, and was completed in 2020. At 50 floors and 184 metres (or approximately 603 feet), it became the sixth tallest building in the city, and the tallest residential tower in Canada east of Toronto. Despite the same number of floors, the Tour des Canadiens across the street measures approximately 167 metres (or approximately 548 feet), placing it as the second tallest residential building and seventh tallest in the city overall. It is the tallest building erected in Montreal since 1992.

Cactus modulaire is a 1986 outdoor bronze sculpture by Robert Roussil, installed in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. It is situated next to the La Laurentienne Building in Downtown Montreal. The sculpture weighs 6,500 kilograms (14,300 lb) and is composed of a bronze and beryllium alloy, cast in the Lafeuille foundry in Nogent-sur-Oise, France.

Le Centre Sheraton Hotel is a skyscraper hotel in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. It is located at 1201 René Lévesque Boulevard West in Downtown Montreal, between Stanley Street and Drummond Street. Le Centre Sheraton has 825 rooms and stands 118 metres (387 ft) tall with 38 floors. It was built by Arcop and was completed in 1982.

CIBC Tower (French: La Tour CIBC) is a 187 m (614 ft) forty-five-storey skyscraper in Montreal, Quebec. With the communications antenna on the roof, the total height is 225 m (738 ft). The International Style office tower was built by Peter Dickinson, with associate architects Ross, Fish, Duschenes and Barrett, and was the city's tallest building from 1962 to 1963. The building holds offices for the Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce, the corporate law firm Stikeman Elliott, as well as numerous other businesses. The building is located at 1155 René Lévesque Boulevard West next to Dorchester Square facing the imposing but dwarfed Sun Life Building. Part of the fire-damaged Windsor Hotel was demolished to make room for construction, with the remaining portion being converted to offices in the 1980s.

Roccabella is a condominium complex in Montreal, Quebec, Canada, located next to the Bell Centre in downtown Montreal, at Mountain Street and René-Lévesque Blvd. The project consists of two 40-floor towers containing 552 condominium units. Drummond Tower De la Montagne Tower Construction began in 2013 and was completed in early 2016 for the first tower. Construction of the second tower began in late 2016.

The Angel of Victory (French: L'Ange de la Victoire) is a statue crafted by London-born sculptor Coeur de Lion McCarthy (1881–1979), installed in Montreal's Windsor Station, in Quebec, Canada. It was commissioned in 1922 in memory of the 1,116 Canadian Pacific Railway (CPR) employees who died in World War I. Copies of the statue were also installed at CPR stations in Vancouver and Winnipeg, Canada. The Winnipeg copy has since been moved from the station, and is now located outside the Deer Lodge Hospital.The bronze, seven foot tall statue shows a fallen soldier being carried up to heaven by a female angel. It is on a pedestal inscribed: To Commemorate Those in the Service of the Canadian Pacific Railway Company Who at the Call of King and Country, Left All That Was Dear to Them, Endured Hardship, Faced Danger and Finally Passed Out of Sight of Men by the Path of Duty and Self Sacrifice, Giving Up Their Own Lives That Others May Live in Freedom. Let Those Who Come After See to It That Their Names Are Not Forgotten. / 1914–1918 1939–1945 The statue was used in a piece by Canadian street artist Richard Hambleton, who had instructed that it be released only after his death, in 2017. Created in 1974, the piece depicts the young artist in place of the fallen soldier, his body pierced by paintbrushes.

Bell Centre (French: Centre Bell), formerly known as Molson Centre (French: Centre Molson), is a multi-purpose arena located in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. Opened on March 16, 1996, it is the home arena of the Montreal Canadiens of the National Hockey League (NHL), replacing the Montreal Forum. It is owned by the Molson family via the team's ownership group Groupe CH, and managed via Groupe CH subsidiary Evenko.With a capacity of 21,105 in its hockey configuration, Bell Centre is the largest ice hockey arena in the world. Alongside hockey, Bell Centre has hosted major concerts, and occasional mixed martial arts and professional wrestling events. Since it opened in 1996, it has consistently been listed as one of the world's busiest arenas, usually receiving the highest attendance of any arena in Canada. In 2012, it was the fifth-busiest arena in the world based on ticket sales for non-sporting events.

St. George's Anglican Church is a heritage church located in the city's downtown core of Montreal, Quebec, Canada. The church is on Stanley Street on the corner of De la Gauchetière Street, although it also faces Peel Street and is opposite Place du Canada. The church is named for Saint George, the patron saint of England. St. George's Anglican Church was designated as a National Historic Site of Canada in 1990.

Windsor Station (French: Gare Windsor) is a former railway station in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. It used to be the city's Canadian Pacific Railway (CPR) station, and served as the headquarters of CPR from 1889 to 1996. It is bordered by Avenue des Canadiens-de-Montréal to the north, Peel Street to the east, Saint Antoine Street to the south and the Bell Centre to the west. Windsor Station was designated a National Historic Site of Canada in 1975, and was designated a Heritage Railway Station in 1990, and a provincial historic monument in 2009.The walls are gray limestone from a quarry in Montreal. Outside, the columns reach up to 2.1 metres (6.9 ft) wide.

The Windsor Hotel (opened 1878, closed 1981) was a hotel located in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. It is often considered to be the first grand hotel in Canada, and for decades billed itself as "the best in all the Dominion".
