L'Avenue

Roccabella is a condominium complex in Montreal, Quebec, Canada, located next to the Bell Centre in downtown Montreal, at Mountain Street and René-Lévesque Blvd. The project consists of two 40-floor towers containing 552 condominium units. Drummond Tower De la Montagne Tower Construction began in 2013 and was completed in early 2016 for the first tower. Construction of the second tower began in late 2016.

E-Commerce Place (French: Cité du commerce électronique) (CCE) is an office complex of two towers located in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. It is located on René-Lévesque Boulevard West between Mountain Street and Lucien L'Allier Street in Downtown Montreal. It derives its name from the fact that its construction was part of a program grant from the Government of Quebec to promote the development of employment in the field of information technology. The complex provided incentives to firms specializing in electronic commerce.

Le Centre Sheraton Hotel is a skyscraper hotel in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. It is located at 1201 René Lévesque Boulevard West in Downtown Montreal, between Stanley Street and Drummond Street. Le Centre Sheraton has 825 rooms and stands 118 metres (387 ft) tall with 38 floors. It was built by Arcop and was completed in 1982.

The towers are located on René-Lévesque Boulevard at the corner of De la Montagne Street, near the Bell Centre and facing the Roccabella development. The West Tower has 39 floors and 146 metres (479 ft) tall, while the East Tower has 27 floors and 107 metres (351 ft) tall. The promoter of the project is Metropolitan Parking Inc. The West Tower consists of 358 luxury condos. The East Tower, meanwhile, has mixed-use, containing office space and rental apartment units.
