Montréal/Saint-Lazare Aerodrome

Saint-Lazare is an off-island suburb of Montreal, in southwestern Quebec, Canada in the Regional County Municipality of Vaudreuil-Soulanges.

CHSV-FM (106.7 FM, Lite 106.7) is a radio station licensed to Hudson/Saint-Lazare, Quebec. Owned by Evanov Communications, the station broadcasts a soft adult contemporary format.

Hudson is an off-island suburb of Montreal, with a population of 5,411 (2021 Census). It is located on the south-west bank of the lower Ottawa River, in Vaudreuil-Soulanges Regional County Municipality. Situated about 60 kilometres (37 mi) west of downtown Montreal, many residents commute to work on the Island of Montreal. Hudson is a municipality within Greater Montreal. An informal rural agglomeration since the early part of the 19th century, the Town of Hudson was formally created in June 1969 by merging the villages of Hudson, Hudson Heights and Como. A relatively wealthy town, Hudson is known for its large, turn-of-the century houses, many of which border the Lake of Two Mountains. A ferry from Hudson takes cars across the lake (a widening of the Ottawa River) to the village of Oka. Hudson has been compared to culturally and demographically similar Quebec towns such as the Eastern Townships villages of North Hatley and Brome Lake as well as nearby Senneville. All four municipalities border a body of water (used extensively for recreation year-round) and include a blend of French and English residents.

Vaudreuil—Soulanges is a federal electoral district in Quebec, Canada, that has been represented in the House of Commons of Canada since 1867. It consists of the Vaudreuil-Soulanges Regional County Municipality. The neighbouring ridings are Argenteuil—La Petite-Nation, Lac-Saint-Louis, Salaberry—Suroît, Stormont—Dundas—South Glengarry, and Glengarry—Prescott—Russell.

Vaudreuil-Soulanges was a provincial electoral district in the Montérégie region of Quebec, Canada. It was created for the 1939 election from parts of Vaudreuil and Soulanges electoral districts. Its final election was in 1985. It disappeared in the 1989 election and its successor electoral districts were the re-created Vaudreuil and the newly created Salaberry-Soulanges.

Hudson station is a commuter rail station operated by Exo in Hudson, Quebec, Canada. It is served by the Vaudreuil–Hudson line, with 3 round trips per weekday. 3 in the morning and three in the evening. There's no weekend service to this station. Hudson became the new terminus of the Vaudreuil-Hudson Line on June 30, 2010, after the town of Rigaud was unable to pay its annual fee to the former AMT to continue train service to Rigaud station.Hudson is the least used station on the Exo commuter rail network at around 104 passengers today.

The Viviry River is a river that runs through the municipalities of Saint-Lazare, Vaudreuil-Dorion and Hudson in Quebec, Canada and empties out into the lac des Deux Montagnes, at Sandy Beach and Parsons Point. The physiographic unit is known as the Viviry River Valley.

Montréal/Les Cèdres Airport (TC LID: CSS3) was a general aviation aerodrome located approximately 30 km (19 mi) west of Montreal, Quebec, Canada near Autoroute 20 west of Vaudreuil-Dorion. The aerodrome was owned and operated by Laurentide Aviation. The aerodrome closed in spring 2022 to allow for commercial development.

Vaudreuil is a provincial electoral district in the Montérégie region of Quebec, Canada that elects members to the National Assembly of Quebec. The biggest municipality in the district is Vaudreuil-Dorion. It was created for the 1867 election (and an electoral district of that name existed earlier in the Legislative Assembly of the Province of Canada and the Legislative Assembly of Lower Canada). Its final election was in 1936. It disappeared in the 1939 election and its successor electoral district was Vaudreuil-Soulanges. It was re-created for the 1989 election from the eastern part of Vaudreuil-Soulanges electoral district. In the change from the 2001 to the 2011 electoral map, its territory was unchanged. It was named after former governor of New France from 1703 to 1725, Philippe de Rigaud de Vaudreuil.

Deux-Montagnes is a regional county municipality in the Laurentides region of Quebec, Canada. It is located immediately north of Laval on the north shore of the Rivière des Mille-Îles and on the north shore of the Lake of Two Mountains. Its seat and largest city is Saint-Eustache. The municipality has a land area of 242.88 km2 and its population was 102,052 residents as of the 2021 Census.

Vaudreuil station is a commuter rail station operated by Exo in Vaudreuil-Dorion, Quebec, Canada. It is served by the Vaudreuil–Hudson line. As of October 2020, on weekdays, 10 of 11 inbound trains originate at this station, and 11 of 12 outbound trains on the line terminate here, the exception being one short-turned train in each direction terminating or originating at Beaconsfield station. On weekends, all trains (four on Saturday and three on Sunday in each direction) originate or terminate here.The station is a recent addition to the line, built in 2003. It is located near the interchange of Autoroute 40 and Autoroute 30, on Boulevard de la Gare, and is surrounded by new development that followed its construction. The station was originally built as a single-track, single-platform station. In 2019, as part of a large-scale renovation, a second platform was added to the other side of the single track so that passengers can embark and alight on either side of the train, saving them from having to cross the track.The renovation also included the construction of a passenger service centre, permanent bus shelters, more parking spaces, and bicycle facilities. The new constructions were built in a modernist style inspired by the International Style of Ludwig Mies van der Rohe. The renovation also added a work of public art, making Vaudreuil only the second station on the line to have one: a coloured mural printed on glass by Marianne Chevalier, entitled De verts et de vents. It is located on the façade of the service centre.
