Ogawamachi, Tokyo

Ogawamachi Station (小川町駅, Ogawamachi-eki) is a subway station in Chiyoda, Tokyo, Japan, operated by the Tokyo subway operator Tokyo Metropolitan Bureau of Transportation (Toei). The station opened on March 16, 1980.

Jinbōchō Theater (神保町シアター, Jinbōchō shiatā) is an arts complex comprising a theatre, cinema and rehearsal space owned and operated by publishing house Shogakukan in the Jinbōchō neighbourhood of Chiyoda, Tokyo. Nikken Sekkei were the architects.

Uchi-Kanda (内神田) is a district in Chiyoda, Tokyo, Japan. As of March 1, 2008, its population is 1,277.Located in the northern part of Chiyoda, the Uchi-Kanda district borders Kanda-Mitoshirochō, Kanda-Tsukasamachi, Kanda-Tachō and Kanda-Kajichō to the north, Kajichō to the east, Nihonbashi-Hongokuchō, Chūō to the southeast, Ōtemachi to the south, and Kanda-Nishikichō to the west. Today, Uchi-Kanda is a commercial neighborhood with a number of office buildings and stores. The Japanese division of American Megatrends has its offices in Uchi-Kanda.

Casals Hall (カザルスホール, Kazarusu Hōru) is a concert hall in Ochanomizu, Tokyo, Japan. It is named in honour of cellist Pau Casals. The hall opened in 1987 as a venue for chamber music and has a shoebox-style auditorium which seats 511. Arata Isozaki was the architect, with acoustic design by Nagata Acoustics. In 1997, for the tenth anniversary celebrations, a 41 stop organ by Jürgen Ahrend was installed.The hall had originally been owned and sponsored by publishers Shufunotomo Company (主婦の友社) but economic conditions resulted in the withdrawal of funding in 2000. In 2003 Nihon University acquired the Ochanomizu Square Building, of which the hall forms part, from the company. On 31 March 2010 the university closed the hall. A campaign has been launched to reopen the hall by the Save Casals Hall Committee, with pianist Iwasaki Shuku (岩崎淑) the chair and Marta Casals Istomin, Pablo Casals' widow, an honorary adviser.

Shin-ochanomizu Station (新御茶ノ水駅, Shin-ochanomizu-eki) is a subway station on the Tokyo Metro Chiyoda Line in Chiyoda, Tokyo, Japan, operated by Tokyo Metro. Its station number is C-12. Adjacent stations on the Chiyoda Line are Otemachi (C-11) and Yushima Station (C-13). Transfers are also possible to Awajicho Station (M-19) on the Tokyo Metro Marunouchi Line and Ogawamachi Station (S-07) on the Toei Shinjuku Line. East Japan Railway Company (JR East) Ochanomizu Station on the Chūō and the Chūō-Sōbu Lines lie above it at ground level.

Holy Resurrection Cathedral (復活大聖堂, fukkatsu daiseidō, Russian: Токийский собор Воскресения), also known as Nikorai-do (ニコライ堂, nikorai-dō), in Chiyoda, Tokyo, is the main cathedral of the Japanese Orthodox Church.

Ochanomizu (御茶ノ水) is a neighborhood in Tokyo, Japan. It extends from the Yushima section of Bunkyo-ku to the Kanda section of Chiyoda-ku. Sundai Preparatory School, Meiji University, Tokyo Medical and Dental University, and Juntendo University all have main campuses in the area. Ochanomizu Station on the Chūō Line is the transport hub of the district. Prior to the Great Kantō earthquake, Ochanomizu University was also there; after the earthquake, it moved to its present location in the Ōtsuka neighborhood of Bunkyo-ku. Ochanomizu is also the location of the Holy Resurrection Cathedral (Nicholai-dō). Ochanomizu is famous for its many musical instrument stores, as well as ski and snowboard shops located a short walk from the station; it is a popular district for bargain-conscious musicians and sportsmen. Ocha-no-mizu literally means "tea water", after the nearby Kanda River from which water was extracted to make the shōgun's tea during the Edo period. Ochanomizu Station (both JR and Marunouchi lines) is convenient to access Yushima Seidō, Yushima Tenjin, and Kanda Myōjin.

Awajichō (淡路町), or officially Kanda-Awajichō (神田淡路町) is a district of Chiyoda, Tokyo, Japan, consisting of 1-chōme and 2-chōme. As of April 1, 2007, the district's population is 543. Awajichō is located in the northern part of Chiyoda. It borders Soto-Kanda to the north, Kanda-Sudachō to the east, Kanda-Ogawamachi to the south, and Kanda-Surugadai to the west.

Meiji University Museum (Japanese: 明治大学博物館（めいじだいがくはくぶつかん）, romanized: Meiji Daigaku Hakubutsukan) is a university museum run by Meiji University. It is located in Surugadai campus, and houses a crime museum, commercial goods museum, archaeology museum, and an exhibition of the university's history.
