Bluestone railway station

Royal Air Force Oulton or more simply RAF Oulton is a former Royal Air Force satellite station located 3 miles (4.8 km) west of Aylsham, Norfolk and 12.5 miles (20.1 km) northwest of Norwich, Norfolk, England. The airfield was built over 1939 and 1940 as a bomber airfield with T2 type hangars and grass runways, the facility operating as a satellite airfield of nearby RAF Horsham St. Faith between July 1940 and September 1942 after which it operated as a satellite airfield of RAF Swanton Morley.

Oulton is a village and civil parish in Norfolk, England. Nearby towns are Reepham and Aylsham. The parish covers an area of 10.58 km2 (4.08 sq mi) and had a population of 196 in 74 households at the 2001 census, reducing slightly to a population of 193 in 81 households at the 2011 census. The village is dispersed with one area of settlement in the vicinity of the church of Saints Peter and Paul, and another area along Oulton Street to the east.

Cawston was a railway station in Cawston, Norfolk. It was part of the Great Eastern Railway network for a large portion of its existence. It was on the line between County School and Aylsham. It closed in 1952, the station building is now a private residence It can be seen from the Marriott's Way footpath.

Itteringham is a village and civil parish in the English county of Norfolk, some 4+1⁄2 miles (7.2 km) northwest of the market town of Aylsham. It covers an area of 8.20 km2 (3.17 sq mi) and had a population of 136 in 60 households at the 2001 census, the population reducing to 125 at the 2011 Census. For the purposes of local government, it falls within the district of North Norfolk. The villages name origin is uncertain perhaps, 'homestead/village of Ytra's/Ytri's people' or 'homestead/village of the Ytteringas (= those dwelling outside)'. Itteringham lies in the valley of the River Bure that eventually becomes a major part of the Norfolk Broads. The village has a pub, the Walpole Arms and a village shop. The converted watermill is a historical feature within the village. Mannington Hall is included in the parish. The poet George Barker lived in the village and is buried in the churchyard.

Heydon is a village and civil parish in Norfolk, England. It is located 3 miles (4.8 km) north of the market town of Reepham. The village can be accessed by the public only from the south, resulting in the only road, called The Street, effectively being a cul-de-sac for general traffic. At its centre is a green, surrounded by the parish church and traditional English rural buildings. The village is privately owned, by the Bulwer family.

Salle Park is a country house in Norfolk, England, near the village of Salle and about 10 miles (16 km) north-west of Norwich. The Blickling Park mausoleum is a Grade II* listed building in the grounds of Blickling Hall, Norfolk, England. It was commissioned in 1793 by Lady Caroline Suffield, the daughter of John Hobart, 2nd Earl of Buckinghamshire, as a tomb for her father and his two wives. The structure was designed by the Italian architect Joseph Bonomi the Elder and built by Henry Wood. It is in the form of a pyramid, modelled on that of Cestius in Rome, as an early example of Egyptian Revival architecture. The structure is now in the ownership of the National Trust.

Brandiston is a small village and civil parish near the centre of the county of Norfolk, England, about two miles south-east of the small market town of Reepham, five miles south-west of the larger town of Aylsham and 10 miles north-west of the city of Norwich. For the purposes of local government, it falls within Broadland district. The hamlet of Guton lies within the parish.

Saxthorpe is a village in Norfolk, England. The village is 12 miles (19 km) west south west of Cromer and 16.3 miles (26.2 km) north north west of Norwich. The village lies 6.2 miles (10.0 km) south west of the town of Holt. It is in the civil parish of Corpusty and Saxthorpe. The village is passed to the north and east by the B1149 between Holt and Norwich. The nearest railway station is at Sheringham for the Bittern Line which runs between Sheringham, Cromer and Norwich. The Corpusty and Saxthorpe railway station closed in 1959 but still exists, though the track has been lifted.

St Nicholas Church is a redundant Anglican church in the village of Brandiston, Norfolk, England. It is recorded in the National Heritage List for England as a designated Grade II* listed building, and is under the care of the Churches Conservation Trust. It stands next to Brandiston Hall.
