Docking is a village and ancient civil parish in the King's Lynn and West Norfolk borough of Norfolk, England. It is near the North Norfolk Coast Site of Special Scientific Interest.

Bircham Newton is the smallest of the three villages that make up the civil parish of Bircham, in the west of the English county of Norfolk. The village is located about 1 km north of the larger village of Great Bircham, 20 km north-east of the town of King's Lynn, and 60 km north-west of the city of Norwich. In 1931 the parish had a population of 487. On 1 April 1935 the parish was abolished to form Bircham. The villages name means 'Bircham's new farm/settlement'. Bircham Newton gave its name to an airfield, RAF Bircham Newton, that was in use through World War II and into the 1960s. From 1966 until 2020 the airfield was the home of the Construction Industry Training Board. In February 2020, the CITB announced it had sold its training provision to West Suffolk College, based in Bury St Edmunds, aiming to continue construction industry training provision at the site.

Royal Air Force Docking or more simply RAF Docking is a former Royal Air Force satellite station a few miles from Bircham Newton in Norfolk, England.

Choseley is a tiny hamlet and civil parish in the English county of Norfolk. It is situated between the villages of Titchwell and Docking and about 4 kilometres (2.5 mi) from each. The town of Fakenham is 20 km (12 mi) to the south-east, the town of King's Lynn is 25 km (16 mi) to the south-west, and the city of Norwich is 60 km (37 mi) to the south-east. The villages name means 'Gravelly wood/clearing'. The civil parish has an area of 2.75 km2 (1.06 sq mi) and in the 2001 census had a population of 18 in 10 households. At the 2011 Census the population remained less than 100. For the purposes of local government, the parish falls within the district of King's Lynn and West Norfolk.

Royal Air Force Bircham Newton or more simply RAF Bircham Newton is a former Royal Air Force station located 2.1 miles (3.4 km) south east of Docking, Norfolk and 13.4 miles (21.6 km) north east of King's Lynn, Norfolk, England.

Stanhoe was a railway station which served the village of Stanhoe in Norfolk, England. Opened by the West Norfolk Junction Railway in 1866, it closed to passengers in 1952.

The village pub, The Duck Inn, is one of the UK’s Top 50 Gastropubs and were named The Good Food Guide Restaurant of the Year for the East of England The nearest large village is Docking. Also near Stanhoe are to be found remains of Creake Abbey, near the village of North Creake. Stanhoe was once served by Stanhoe railway station.

On 1 April 1935 the parish was abolished to form Bircham. The villages name means 'Bircham's curtilage'.
