Canton of Boves

Boves (French pronunciation: [bɔv]; Picard: Bofe) is a commune in the Somme department in Hauts-de-France in northern France.

Boves is a railway station located in Boves, France. It is situated on the Paris–Lille railway. It is served by regional TER Hauts-de-France trains from Amiens to Creil and Compiègne.

The Noye (French pronunciation: [nwa]; Picard: Noée) is a river in the Hauts-de-France region of northern France. The Noye is located in the northern part of the Picard plateau. It is the left tributary of the Avre river, which is itself a left tributary of the Somme. The Noye starts near the commune of Vendeuil-Caply and extends to a length of 33 kilometres (21 mi). It flows through the departments of Oise and Somme at Breteuil and Ailly-sur-Noye, entering the Avre at Boves, 9 kilometres (5.6 mi) southeast of Amiens.

Amiens – Glisy Aerodrome (French: Aérodrome d'Amiens - Glisy, ICAO: LFAY) is an airport serving Amiens, the capital city of the Somme department of the Picardy (Picardie) region in France. The airport is located 7 km (4 mi) east-southeast of Amiens, in Glisy.The airport is used for general aviation, with no commercial airline service.

Glisy (French pronunciation: [ɡlizi]; Picard: Glisu) is a commune in the Somme department in Hauts-de-France in northern France.

Blangy—Glisy station (French: Gare de Blangy—Glisy) is a closed railway station in the Picardy region of France. It was served by trains of the TER Picardie regional rail network. The station is located half-way of the villages of Glisy and Blangy-Tronville. As of 2010, it is served by a TER taxi service.

Lamotte-Brebière is a former railway station serving the French town of Lamotte-Brebière in the Somme department. It is situated on the Paris–Lille railway. The station was served by local TER Picardie services between Lille and Amiens. It was closed for passenger trains in 2011.

Longueau British Cemetery is a First World War cemetery of Commonwealth soldiers in France, located to the east of Longueau, a suburb south-east of Amiens, Somme, France. The cemetery was begun in April 1918 and contains 204 burials, 14 of which are unidentified. Two Second World War airmen are also interred in the cemetery.

Longueau (French pronunciation: [lɔ̃ɡo]; Picard: Londjeu) is a commune in the Somme department in Hauts-de-France in northern France.

The Jules Verne Viaduct is a viaduct constructed in 1987 that crosses the River Somme near Camon, east of Amiens. It is 943 metres (3,094 ft) long and allows circumvention of the city by roads. It has a deck depth of 3.2 metres (10 ft) and a deck width of 11.45 metres (37.6 ft). It is located at 49° 53' 2.28" N, 2° 22' 18.42" E. It was designed by Charles Lavigne.

Longueau station (French: Gare de Longueau) is a railway station in Longueau near Amiens, France. It is situated on the Paris–Lille railway. Longueau is served by trains of the TER Hauts-de-France and Intercités networks. As well as serving as a passenger station, Longueau is also home to one of the North of France's largest engine sheds, which include a roundhouse and turntable. Longueau is linked to the region's large cities; Lille, Amiens, Compiègne, Calais and Paris.
