Bedok North Bus Depot is an SBS Transit East District bus depot located in Bedok, Singapore. As of February 2020, the total fleet is 602 buses. Bedok North Bus Depot started operations in 1982 after the completion of a road in Bedok North Industrial Park. It was also used to have double-deckers, mainly the Leyland Atlantean which is from Service 10 until 1994, where the Volvo Olympian were introduced. It replaces the old Changi Bus Depot and Somapah Bus Park which were close to the residential areas and is subject to noise-related complaints.Since 11 December 2011, Service 48 will depart from and terminate at Bedok North Depot. Previously, it terminates at Upper East Coast Bus Terminal.

St. Andrew's Community Hospital (SACH) is a non-profit hospital based in Singapore. It was established in 1992 and runs as a service of St. Andrew's Mission Hospital. It provides intermediate medical care to the patients, primarily focusing on rehabilitation and sub-acute care.Since 2005, as the hospital is located beside Changi General Hospital (CGH), patients had been transferred from CGH to SACH for rehabilitation and continuing medical care. Medical records and clinical support services, and consultations by visiting CGH specialists are also shared with SACH. On 18 November 2011, SACH formed the Eastern Health Alliance with Changi General Hospital, SingHealth Polyclinics and The Salvation Army Peacehaven Nursing Home as part of the government direction to provide integrated care instead of episodic treatment.In Jan 2018, SACH, as part of the Eastern Health Alliance, merged with SingHealth as part of a public health restructuring exercise.

Eastpoint Mall (Chinese: 东福坊) is a shopping mall located in Simei, Singapore beside Simei MRT station. It was formerly known for its wide selection of educational and enrichment centres and its pet shop (The Pet Safari), which was once the largest in Asia. The mall is owned by NTUC Income, and is managed by Frasers Property.

Simei MRT station is an above-ground Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) station on the East West line in Tampines planning area, Singapore, at the centre of Simei housing estate flanked by Simei Street 1 and Simei Street 3 next to Eastpoint Mall. This station primarily serves Simei, a residential estate part of the larger Tampines New Town. Simei station and the estate it serves is a Pinyin romanization of four beauties in Chinese, which in turn was named after four ancient Chinese women.

It educates deaf students who do not need to use sign language to communicate.

Palelai Buddhist Temple is a Buddhist temple located in Bedok, Singapore. It was founded in 1963 by Phrakhru Prakassa Dhammakhun (known mostly as Luang Phor).

The Singapore Expo is the largest convention and exhibition venue in Singapore with over 100,000 square metres of column-free, indoor space spread over 10 halls. Upper Changi MRT station is an underground Mass Rapid Transit station on the Downtown Line in Tampines planning area, Singapore, located under Upper Changi Road East. The station serves residential estates in the vicinity and the campus of the Singapore University of Technology and Design, which is linked via an underground linkway. The station, along with Fort Canning, is one of the longest stations along the line, at 205 meters.
