St. Andrew's Community Hospital

Changi General Hospital (abbreviation: CGH) is a 1000-bed hospital located in Simei, eastern Singapore. It is Singapore's first purpose-built general hospital to serve communities in the east and north-east regions. The hospital has more than 23 medical services, from general surgery, internal medicine, cardiology, ENT to orthopaedic surgery and sports medicine. It houses six specialist centres – Breast Centre, Changi Sports Medicine Centre, Diabetes Centre, Geriatric Centre, Integrated Sleep Service and Medical Centre for International Travellers. The hospital is JCI (Joint Commission International) accredited.

Bedok North Bus Depot is an SBS Transit East District bus depot located in Bedok, Singapore. As of February 2020, the total fleet is 602 buses. Bedok North Bus Depot started operations in 1982 after the completion of a road in Bedok North Industrial Park. It was also used to have double-deckers, mainly the Leyland Atlantean which is from Service 10 until 1994, where the Volvo Olympian were introduced. It replaces the old Changi Bus Depot and Somapah Bus Park which were close to the residential areas and is subject to noise-related complaints.Since 11 December 2011, Service 48 will depart from and terminate at Bedok North Depot. Previously, it terminates at Upper East Coast Bus Terminal.

Eastpoint Mall (Chinese: 东福坊) is a shopping mall located in Simei, Singapore beside Simei MRT station. It was formerly known for its wide selection of educational and enrichment centres and its pet shop (The Pet Safari), which was once the largest in Asia. The mall is owned by NTUC Income, and is managed by Frasers Property.

Simei MRT station is an above-ground Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) station on the East West line in Tampines planning area, Singapore, at the centre of Simei housing estate flanked by Simei Street 1 and Simei Street 3 next to Eastpoint Mall. This station primarily serves Simei, a residential estate part of the larger Tampines New Town. Simei station and the estate it serves is a Pinyin romanization of four beauties in Chinese, which in turn was named after four ancient Chinese women.

St. Anthony's Canossian Secondary School (SACSS) is a government-aided autonomous Catholic girls' secondary school located in Bedok, Singapore. It is part of the Canossian family of Catholic girls' schools in Singapore. The school is well regarded for its dance and drama programmes, which widened students' appreciation of arts as well as cater to the unique needs of students with different artistic talents through the expanded range of programmes. It educates deaf students who do not need to use sign language to communicate.

Tampines West MRT station is an underground Mass Rapid Transit station on the Downtown line in Tampines, Singapore. It is located at Tampines Avenue 4, near the junction with Tampines Avenue 1. The station is located near some schools such as Temasek Polytechnic, Junyuan Primary School and East View Primary School, as well as SAFRA Tampines, and to the housing estates of Tampines Palmspring and Tampines Polyview.

Tampines MRT station is a Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) interchange station on the East West (EWL) and Downtown (DTL) lines in Tampines, Singapore. Situated at the heart of the Tampines town centre next to Tampines Avenue 4, Tampines Central 4 and Tampines Central 5, it is in close proximity to the Tampines and Tampines Concourse bus interchanges. The station also serves the surrounding retail developments of Tampines Mall, Tampines One and Century Square. The EWL station opened on 16 December 1989 as part of the MRT eastern line extension to Pasir Ris station via this station. On 20 August 2010, it was announced that the station would interchange with the DTL by 2017. The DTL station, which isn't directly connected to the existing EWL station, was completed on 21 October 2017. The EWL station exterior has the characteristic dome-shaped segmented roof also seen on other elevated EWL stations, while the DTL station features The Big Round & The Tall Long, an art piece by Studio Juju, as part of the MRT network's Art-in-Transit programme.

Century Square (Chinese: 世纪广场) is a 6-storey shopping mall in Tampines, Singapore. It is located near Tampines MRT station and next to Tampines Mall. Opened in 1995, Century Square underwent expansion in 2005 and renovations in 2018.

Tampines Regional Library (Chinese: 淡滨尼区域图书馆; Malay: Perpustakaan Wilayah Tampines) is a library located at Our Tampines Hub, Singapore. It is the first regional library in Singapore. The library was opened in 1994 at Tampines New Town and was closed in June 2017 for upgrading. It was re-opened on 5 August 2017 at Our Tampines Hub.
