Andover is a city in Anoka County, Minnesota, United States. The population was 32,601 at the 2020 census.

Andover High School is a four-year public high school at 2115 Andover Blvd, Andover, Minnesota, United States. It is a part of Anoka-Hennepin School District 11 and is one of five traditional high schools in the district. It is the district's newest high school, opening in 2002. The first class graduated from Andover High School in 2004; the first class to have attended all four years of high school there graduated in 2006. It has students from both Andover and Ham Lake. The school's student population is 1750; they are 1% Native American, 1% Hispanic, 2% Asian, 3% African American, and 93% Caucasian.

Bunker Beach is a water park in Coon Rapids, Minnesota, United States, within the 1,700-acre (690 ha) Bunker Hills Regional Park. It is owned by the Anoka County Parks and Recreation Department.

Anoka County ( ə-NOH-kə) is the fourth-most populous county in the U.S. state of Minnesota. As of the 2020 census, its population was 363,887. The county seat and namesake of the county is the city of Anoka, which is derived from the Dakota word anokatanhan meaning "on (or from) both sides", referring to its location on the banks of the Rum River. The largest city in the county is Blaine, the thirteenth-largest city in Minnesota and the eighth-largest Twin Cities suburb. Anoka County comprises the north portion of the Minneapolis–Saint Paul statistical area, the largest metropolitan area in the state and the 16th-largest in the United States with about 3.64 million residents. The county is bordered by the counties of Isanti on the north, Chisago and Washington on the east, Hennepin and Ramsey on the south, Sherburne on the west, and the Mississippi River on the southwest. The Rum River cuts through the county and was the site of many early European settlements. It was a common route to the Mille Lacs Lake, the spiritual homeland of the Ojibwe people. Father Louis Hennepin traveled the river in his first exploration of the region. The area became a center of fur trade and logging as French and French Canadian communities grew in the cities of Anoka and Centerville. Organized in 1857, the county's southern border eventually met Minneapolis and has become a predominantly suburban area following the construction of Interstate 35W. The county is home to local Twin Cities destinations such as the Heights Theater in Columbia Heights and Northtown Mall and the National Sports Center in Blaine.

Blaine High School is a public high school in Blaine, Minnesota as part of the Anoka-Hennepin School District 11. The school was opened in 1972, as part of the Blaine Project.

Cedar is a neighborhood of Oak Grove, Anoka County, Minnesota, United States. It was formally absorbed into the city of Oak Grove in 1993. Nearby places include the city of East Bethel. Cedar is located along Cedar Drive, on the south side of Viking Boulevard (Anoka County 22). Cedar Creek flows nearby. Local businesses had included a cheese factory, still extant, and a station along the former Great Northern Railway. The neighborhood of Cedar is still distinct and identifiable, and signs mark its location, but it has officially been absorbed into the city of Oak Grove. Cedar originally received its post office in 1899 under the name of Snapp, and changed its name to Cedar in 1900.

Legacy Christian Academy (formerly known as Meadow Creek Christian School) is a private Christian school located in Andover, Minnesota. It has approximately 830 students in pre-school through 12th grade. Academically, Legacy is accredited by the Association of Christian Schools International. Athletically, it is a 'single A' school which competes as part of the Minnesota State High School League in the Minnesota Christian Athletic Association conference.

Ham Lake is a city in Anoka County, Minnesota, United States. It is a suburb in the Minneapolis–Saint Paul metropolitan area. The population was 15,296 at the 2010 census. It is in the Anoka-Hennepin School District, one of Minnesota's largest school districts.

The Swedish Evangelical Lutheran Church is a historic property in Anoka County, Minnesota. It is located at 2332 Swedish Drive in Ham Lake, Minnesota. The Late Victorian style church was built in 1872 to the design of architect Per August Gustafson. The church is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The church is owned and maintained by the congregation of Our Savior's Lutheran Church of East Bethel, Minnesota and is also known as Our Saviors Lutheran Church of Ham Lake. Both churches are affiliated with the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America.

Coon Rapids is a northern suburb of Minneapolis, and is the second-largest city by population in Anoka County, Minnesota, United States. The population was 63,599 at the 2020 census, making it the fifteenth largest city in Minnesota and the seventh largest Twin Cities suburb.

Riverdale Village is an outdoor shopping center in Coon Rapids, Minnesota, United States. It opened in 1999 and has over 75 stores. It is located just off of U.S. Route 10. Anchors include Kohl's, Lowe's, and The Home Depot. Riverdale Village has undergone multiple revisions and additions since its opening. On June 4, 2017, it was announced that Sears would be closing as part of the plan to close 150 stores nationwide. The store closed in March 2017. On June 4, 2020, it was announced that JCPenney would also be closing as part of a plan to close 154 stores nationwide. The store closed in October 2020.
