Dubai Creek Tower (Arabic: برج خور دبي) is a supported observation tower to be built in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The preliminary cost of the tower is AED 3.67 billion (US$1 billion). It was expected to be completed in 2022 at the earliest, but the completion date is unknown since, as of now, the tower is on hold because of the COVID-19 pandemic. The tower was initially known as The Tower at Dubai Creek Harbour. The final height has not been disclosed, but project developer Emaar officially talks about a minimum height of at least 1,300 metres (4,300 ft), which will surpass the height of Burj Khalifa, Dubai's tallest skyscraper, and its arch-rival, the 1,000 metres (3,300 ft) Kingdom Tower in Saudi Arabia. Upon completion, it will become the tallest supported tower in the world.

Ras Al Khor Industrial Area (Arabic: رَأْس الْـخـوْر الـصَّـنـاعـيّـة) is a locality in Dubai, the United Arab Emirates. Literally meaning Cape of the Creek, Ras Al Khor is part of several industrial areas (such as Al Aweer) located in the suburban areas of Dubai. The Ras Al Khor Industrial Area comprises three sub-localities: Ras Al Khor Industrial Area 1 Ras Al Khor Industrial Area 2 Ras Al Khor Industrial Area 3This area has automobile spare parts sales shops, Automobile service centers, Car wash/clinic, and vehicle repair. There are no more business or companies in the Ras Al Khor industrial Areas. All companies are related to the Auto mobile service/clinic/workshop/spare parts. This industrial area has a few warehouses.

Nad Al Hammar (Arabic: ند الحمر) is a locality in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE). Nad Al Hammar is a small, residential and industrial community located in Dubai. The routes E 311 (Emirates Road) and E 44 (Ras Al Khor Road) form the eastern and southern peripheries of Nad Al Hammar. Nad Al Hammar is on the outskirts of Dubai city limits and has a small residential community. A Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA) substation is located in the southeast of Nad Al Hammar.

Sheikh Rashid bin Saeed Crossing, also known as Sixth Crossing, was reported in 2008 as a future bridge in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. If completed, it will become the world's longest arch bridge, with a main span 667 metres (2,188 ft) long. The bridge's overall length will be 1.6 kilometres (0.99 mi). The bridge will be 64 metres (210 ft) wide and will rise 15 metres (49 ft) above the water. The bridge, designed by FXFOWLE Architects, with lighting by AWA Lighting Designers, will cost AED 2.5 billion. It will be a part of a AED 3 billion roads project near The Lagoons. The bridge is expected to be complete in 2015.The bridge will link the localities of Al Jaddaf and Bur Dubai. It will have six lanes of traffic in each direction and will be able to carry 20,000 vehicles per hour. In the center will be a track for Dubai Metro's Green Line.

Dubai Festival City Mall is a shopping mall in Dubai Festival City, on Dubai Creek in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE). It was originally opened in 2007, but expanded in 2017. The mall includes IKEA (the first in the UAE), Carrefour (formerly a HyperPanda supermarket, the first hypermarket outside Saudi Arabia), Ace Hardware, and the Robinsons Department Store from Singapore, opened in March 2017. The mall fronts onto a former marina, now called Festival Bay and used for regular nighttime "IMAGINE" sound and light fountain displays. There is an Abra boat service across Dubai Creek between the Dubai Festival City Mall and the Al Jaddaf Marine Station, close to the Dubai Creek metro station on the green Line of the Dubai Metro. This is operated by the Dubai Roads and Transport Authority (RTA).Attached to the mall are a InterContinental hotel (the InterContinental Dubai Festival City), a Crowne Plaza hotel, and a Holiday Inn hotel. The mall is close to Dubai International Airport. On the opposite bank of the Dubai Creek is the Mohammed Bin Rashid Library. The Khalifa Tower can be seen in the distance.

InterContinental Dubai Festival City is a luxury five-star hotel in Dubai Festival City, United Arab Emirates, operated by IHG Hotels & Resorts. It is located on the Dubai Creek, adjoining the Dubai Festival City Mall, opposite the Mohammed Bin Rashid Library, with the Burj Khalifa behind in the distance. It is also close to Dubai International Airport. Construction of the hotel started in 2005 and it was completed by 2007. The architect of the hotel was 3D/International.The structure of the hotel is based on that of sailboats, with a curved facade facing the Dubai Creek, providing a panoramic view of Dubai. The hotel is used for both business and leisure. The hotel has 34 storeys. It features dining by the three-Michelin-starred chef Pierre Gagnaire. A glass-bottomed swimming pool protrudes from the building. The hotel is one of several IHG hotels in Dubai Festival City. It adjoins a Crowne Plaza hotel. Close to the hotel is the InterContinental Residence Suites Dubai Festival City. The front hotel facade is lit with coloured animated LED lighting at night. An evening laser light show with computer-controlled fountains in the former marina next to the hotel and mall includes projections onto the side facade of the hotel. An abra ferry service runs across the Dubai Creek during the day from outside the hotel to Al Jaddaf Marine Transport Station, linked to Creek metro station on the Green Line of the Dubai Metro.

Dubai Central Fruit and Vegetable Market also known as Al Aweer market, Dubai Municipality Fruit and Vegetable Market and 'Ras Al Khor Fruit and Vegetable Market' (Arabic: سوق الخضار والفواكه العوير) is the wholesale market controlled by Dubai Municipality . It is located on Ras Al Khor 3, bordered by Al Awir , central Dubai near Sheikh Mohammad Bin Zayed Road, Dubai United Arab Emirates.

The 13 lane Business Bay Crossing (In Arabic: معبر الخليج التجاري; also known as the Ras Al Khor Bridge (جسر راس الخور)) is one of the most recent bridges across Dubai Creek and was opened to traffic in June 2007. Six lanes travel from Deira to Bur Dubai while seven go from Bur Dubai to Deira. The Business Bay Crossing is located some 1.5 km South of Al Garhoud Bridge near Dubai Festival City and provides a new road corridor to motorists travelling between Bur Dubai and Deira and to Sharjah, in addition to Emirates Road and Sheikh Zayed Road. The bridge cost 800 million dirhams and has a capacity of 26,000 vehicles per hour. The bridge is 1.6 kilometres (0.99 mi) long, and has a maritime channel with a width of 60 m (196.850 ft) and a height of 15 m (49.213 ft). The bridge was built by BESIX, a company which made some major bridges in Dubai.

Nad Shamma (Arabic: ند شما) or Nad Al Shamma is a locality in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE). It is located south of Dubai International Airport and was originally part of the locality of Al Rashidiya. Nad Shamma is bordered to the south by Nad Al Hammar, to the east by Umm Ramool, to the north by Mirdif and to the west by Al Rashidiya. Route E 311 ( Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road ) forms the eastern periphery of the locality. Nad Shamma is a developing area and is largely residential. It houses several villas and town houses.

Umm Ramool (Arabic: أم رمول) is a locality in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE). It is located in Deira in eastern Dubai and is bordered to the north by Dubai International Airport, to the east by Nad Shamma, to the west by Al Garhoud and to the south by Ras Al Khor. Umm Ramool is a residential and commercial community. Umm Ramool is one of the oldest industrial areas in Dubai. The area was connected to the Dubai Metro Red Line with the opening of the Emirates Station on 30 April 2010. The station is connected to the Emirates Office Building.
