Ras Al Khor Industrial Area (Arabic: رَأْس الْـخـوْر الـصَّـنـاعـيّـة) is a locality in Dubai, the United Arab Emirates. Literally meaning Cape of the Creek, Ras Al Khor is part of several industrial areas (such as Al Aweer) located in the suburban areas of Dubai. The Ras Al Khor Industrial Area comprises three sub-localities: Ras Al Khor Industrial Area 1 Ras Al Khor Industrial Area 2 Ras Al Khor Industrial Area 3This area has automobile spare parts sales shops, Automobile service centers, Car wash/clinic, and vehicle repair. There are no more business or companies in the Ras Al Khor industrial Areas. All companies are related to the Auto mobile service/clinic/workshop/spare parts. This industrial area has a few warehouses.

Tashkeel is an art facility in the United Arab Emirates. Established in Dubai, United Arab Emirates in 2008 by Lateefa bint Maktoum. Operating on an open membership model, Tashkeel's annual programme of training, residencies, workshops, talks, exhibitions, international collaborations and publications aims to further practitioner development, public engagement, lifelong learning and the creative and cultural industries.

GEMS Modern Academy (Arabic: جيمس مودرن أكاديمي), formerly known as Dubai Modern High School, is a private school situated in the Nad Al Sheba area of Dubai in the United Arab Emirates. The school is part of the GEMS group of schools, an international school business.

Bu Kadra (Arabic: بو كدره) is a small, developing locality in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE). Bu Kadra is situated south of Dubai Creek, adjacent to Ras Al Khor Industrial Areas. The community is part of Dubai Municipality's expansion, south of the Creek. Historically, Bu Kadra was not a residential area, but housed various community and sports clubs. The Dubai government has undertaken to develop Bu Kadra into Meydan City, a horseracing real estate project.

Dubai Meydan City is a new development under construction in the Ras Al Khor area of Dubai, UAE. The project was launched on the eve of the 2007 Dubai World Cup. The entire development will cover more than 40,000,000 square feet (3,700,000 m2) GFA (gross floor area) on a land size of around 15,000,000 square feet (1,400,000 m2). Meydan city is expected to be completed in 2020, while Meydan Racecourse officially opened on 27 March 2010. The development includes hotels, sky-bubble restaurant, entertainment, clubs, a concourse plaza, IMAX movie theater, towers and a boat-house.

Repton School Dubai, part of Excella, is an international, co-educational school founded in 2007. The school caters to students from ages 3 to 18 and has boarding facilities for students from age 11. It is a partner school of the original Repton School in the UK, founded in 1557. Repton School Dubai was the first sister school of the UK-based renowned Repton institution within the UAE educational landscape. Repton School Dubai was also the first UK branded international school to start its operations in the UAE. Subsequently, Repton School Abu Dhabi and Repton School Al Barsha were launched in the UAE in 2013. According to KHDA (Knowledge and Human Development Authority) inspections, Repton School Dubai was audited and ranked Outstanding in the year 2014 and has maintained its ratings to date.Repton School Dubai offers a full range of the IGCSE curriculum and the IB Diploma, IB Career Programme, and A-Level courses with a choice of 45 subjects in various academic fields. Nad Al Sheba Racecourse was Thoroughbred horse racing facility in Dubai, United Arab Emirates opened in 1986. It had a 2,200 m left-handed dirt race track and a left-handed turf course of the same distance. It operated from November through March and featured the Dubai International Racing Carnival and its Dubai World Cup Night. Nad Al Sheba Racecourse was demolished in 2009 following hosting the Dubai World Cup race, being replaced by Meydan Racecourse.

Meydan Racecourse is a racecourse in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The grandstand is a half mile in length, and can accommodate over 60,000 spectators. Meydan opened on 27 March 2010, replacing Nad Al Sheba Racecourse, which formerly occupied the same site. It includes a horse racing museum, gallery and five-star hotel and nine-hole golf course. When not in use for racing it serves as a business and conference centre. The track's interior was also used as a filming location for the film Star Trek Beyond, depicting the docking bay where the USS Enterprise is moored, including the bar scene during the film's climax which contains a ship construction bay.

Dubai Towers Dubai was a proposed four tower complex in the city of Dubai, United Arab Emirates. It is now cancelled. The developer, Sama Dubai, intended this to form the centrepiece of The Lagoons, a megaproject located on Dubai Creek which was to consist of seven islands. The towers were planned to have between 57 and 94 stories Although the heights are not known, it is believed the tallest would top 400 metres (1,310 ft), two others would rise beyond 300 metres (980 ft), and the fourth tower would rise at 230 m (750 ft). Sama Dubai was the Project Management company in charge of the project. Due to downturn in Dubai, the project was cancelled. As the Complex were not built, The Tower was proposed.

Dubai Creek Tower (Arabic: برج خور دبي) is a supported observation tower to be built in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The preliminary cost of the tower is AED 3.67 billion (US$1 billion). It was expected to be completed in 2022 at the earliest, but the completion date is unknown since, as of now, the tower is on hold because of the COVID-19 pandemic. The tower was initially known as The Tower at Dubai Creek Harbour. The final height has not been disclosed, but project developer Emaar officially talks about a minimum height of at least 1,300 metres (4,300 ft), which will surpass the height of Burj Khalifa, Dubai's tallest skyscraper, and its arch-rival, the 1,000 metres (3,300 ft) Kingdom Tower in Saudi Arabia. Upon completion, it will become the tallest supported tower in the world.

Ras Al Khor Wildlife Sanctuary (Arabic: رَأْس ٱلْخَوْر, romanized: Raʾs Al-Khawr) is a wetland reserve in Dubai, renowned for attracting large numbers of migratory birds. It is also home to a large population of crustaceans, small mammals, and fish.
