Bedwell Bay is a bay in British Columbia. It is a part of Indian Arm, and is located in the village municipality of Belcarra.

Belcarra is a village on the shore of Indian Arm, a side inlet of Burrard Inlet, and is part of Metro Vancouver. It lies northwest of Port Moody and immediately east of the Deep Cove area of North Vancouver, across the waters of Indian Arm. Isolated by geography on a narrow peninsula, Belcarra is accessible by a single winding paved road or by water. Before incorporation it was commonly known as Belcarra Bay. It is largely a residential bedroom community for Vancouver and its suburbs. Belcarra is one of the few communities in this area that is not growing substantially. While the small neighbouring Village of Anmore has grown and changed, Belcarra has remained a relatively small community. This is a result of small land area, relative inaccessibility, and zoning for single family residential homes. With a population of 687 as of 2021, it has one of the lowest populations of any independent settlement in the Vancouver area. Many residents in Belcarra have private docks and boats; even houses that are not on the water are sometimes able to procure a shared dock.

White Pine Beach is a beach on Sasamat Lake in Belcarra Regional Park in Port Moody, British Columbia. TransLink provides seasonal bus service.

Percy Creek is a stream in the southeastern part of the District of North Vancouver in the Lower Mainland part of British Columbia, Canada. It is in the Pacific Ocean drainage basin and is a right tributary of Indian Arm.

Sasamat Outdoor Centre is an outdoor facility specializing in 'summer camp' type activities. From the week of July 1 to the end of August the camp offers week-long Day Camps and Resident Camps for ages 6 through 16, and Family Camp opportunities on several weekends. The camp operates on Greater Vancouver Regional District land but has renewed ownership with a twenty-year lease, taking effect in January 2008.

təmtəmíxʷtən/Belcarra Regional Park is a 1,100-hectare (2,700-acre) regional park located in Belcarra, Greater Vancouver, British Columbia. It is northeast of the meeting of Burrard Inlet with Indian Arm, beginning near Belcarra Bay and extending to Sasamat Lake. Sasamat is one of the warmest lakes in Greater Vancouver. The park is northwest of the Village of Anmore and to the southwest of Buntzen Lake. Included in the park is a First Nations archaeological site, which is operated and maintained by Metro Vancouver Regional Parks.In October 2021, the park was renamed from "Belcarra Regional Park" to "təmtəmíxʷtən/Belcarra Regional Park", to reflect the Indigenous history.

Sasamat Lake is located within Belcarra Regional Park in Port Moody, British Columbia. It is one of the warmest lakes in Greater Vancouver. At the south end of the lake there is a floating bridge, used for fishing or swimming. At the north end of the lake is White Pine Beach. Seasonal transit service is provided by TransLink to White Pine Beach.

Deep Cove refers to the community in the easternmost part of the District of North Vancouver, in British Columbia, Canada, and is also the geographic name of the small bay beside the town. It is affectionately referred to as "The Cove" by local residents. Located at the foot of Mount Seymour, Deep Cove faces due east, fronting onto Indian Arm, a branch of the Burrard Inlet. The area is the traditional territory of the Tsleil-Waututh and Squamish Nations. Deep Cove is 13 kilometres (8.1 mi) from downtown Vancouver.

The Dollarton area is a beach, slope and suburb in the District of North Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. It is one point five kilometres (0.93 mi) south of Deep Cove.

Burrard Generating Station was a natural gas-fired station built by BC Electric, owned by BC Hydro since 1961, located in Port Moody, British Columbia, Canada.

CJJR-FM is a commercial FM radio station in Vancouver, British Columbia. It broadcasts at 93.7 MHz with an effective radiated power of 75,000 watts from a transmitter on Mount Seymour in the District of North Vancouver. CJJR's studios are located on West 8th Avenue in the Fairview neighbourhood of Vancouver. CJJR currently broadcasts a country format branded as 93.7 JR Country. The station received approval by the CRTC on March 20, 1986, and launched on Canada Day (July 1) of that year.

CJAX-FM is a Canadian radio station in the Greater Vancouver region of British Columbia. Owned by Rogers Sports & Media, it broadcasts an adult hits format branded as Jack 96.9. It broadcasts at 96.9 MHz on the FM band with an effective radiated power of 75,000 watts from a transmitter on Mount Seymour in the District of North Vancouver. The station also operates a 1,430 watt repeater (CJAX-FM-1, 96.9) in Whistler. Its studios are located at 2440 Ash Street in the Fairview neighbourhood of Vancouver. CJAX was the first conventional radio station in North America to adopt the "Jack" branding, officially classified as a "variety hits" or "adult hits" format. Most "Jack" stations play a wide mix of music from the late 60s through the 90s, as well as some current adult contemporary/hot adult contemporary singles.
