Brainerd station

The Brainerd Bungalow Historic District is a residential historic district in the Brainerd neighborhood of the Washington Heights community area of Chicago, Illinois. The district includes 527 Chicago bungalows built between 1915 and 1931 and a small number of other residential buildings. Brainerd, an outlying neighborhood of Chicago, was developed in the 1910s and 1920s as the increasing accessibility of homeownership spurred new home construction in underpopulated areas of the city. As bungalows were affordable to construct, they became popular in newly developed neighborhoods, and tens of thousands of them were built throughout the city. While 42 different architects designed Brainerd's bungalows, the neighborhood has a consistent appearance nonetheless, as the affordability of bungalows came in part from how easy the design was to duplicate; however, architects used color and detail work to give each home a unique design.The district was added to the National Register of Historic Places on December 27, 2016.

The Anker Site (11Ck-21) is located on the Little Calumet River near Chicago, Illinois. It is classified as a late prehistoric site with Upper Mississippian Huber (aka Blue Island) affiliation.

Auburn Gresham, most commonly referred to simply as Gresham, is one of the 77 official community areas of the city of Chicago, Illinois. It is located on the far south side of the city and was the original location of the South Side Irish Parade before it was relocated to the adjoining Beverly neighborhood immediately southwest.

The Oak Forest Site (11Ck-53) is located in Oak Forest, Cook County, Illinois, near the city of Chicago. It is classified as a late prehistoric to Protohistoric/Early Historic site with Upper Mississippian Huber affiliation.

Hansberry College Prep, formerly known as "Noble Auburn Gresham College Prep", is a public four-year charter high school located in the Auburn Gresham in Chicago, Illinois, United States. It is a part of the Noble Network of Charter Schools. Hansberry College Prep opened in 2012 as Noble Auburn Gresham College Prep in recognition of the neighborhood in which the school resides. In July 2013, the campus changed its name to Hansberry College Prep in honor of Lorraine Hansberry. The school currently serves grades nine through twelve and graduated its first class in 2016. In 2014, HCP was officially authorized as an IB World school.

91st Street–Beverly Hills is one of five Metra stations within the Beverly Hills neighborhood of Chicago, Illinois, along the Beverly Branch of the Rock Island District Line. It is located at 9105 South Prospect Square near 91st Street, 11.3 miles (18.2 km) from LaSalle Street Station, the northern terminus of the line. In Metra's zone-based fare system, 91st Street is in zone C. As of 2018, 91st Street–Beverly Hills is the 128th busiest of Metra's 236 non-downtown stations, with an average of 368 weekday boardings.As of 2022, 91st Street–Beverly Hills is served by 40 trains (20 in each direction) on weekdays, by 21 trains (10 inbound, 11 outbound) on Saturdays, and by 16 trains (eight in each direction) on Sundays and holidays. Despite the location and the name of the station, parking is not available along 91st Street nor Prospect Square. There is a parking lot north of the intersection with 91st and Prospect Square that includes an additional one for a Forest Preserve Maintenance Facility. The closest parking lots to the station house are on-street parking along Beverly Avenue and a parking lot along the west side of Beverly Avenue between the end of the on-street parking lots and north of 92nd Place. This lot is on the right of way of the former Pennsylvania Railroad "Panhandle Line" that shared the station. No bus connections are available.

Academy of Our Lady, also known as Longwood Academy, was a school in the Chicago, Illinois from 1875 to 1999. It was co-ed until 1892, and a girls' school afterwards; took boarding students until 1935; and had a grade school program until 1950, after which it was only a high school. It opened as Academy of Our Lady of the Sacred Heart in 1875. The name was changed to Institute of Our Lady of the Sacred Heart in 1886 and to Academy of Our Lady in 1898. The campus is at 1309 West 95th Street at Throop Street the Washington Heights community area, and now houses Chicago International Charter School, Longwood.

The station is on 95th Street (US 12-20), 11.7 miles (18.8 km) from LaSalle Street Station, the northern terminus of the line. In Metra's zone-based fare system, 95th Street is in zone C. As of 2018, 95th Street–Beverly Hills is the 108th busiest of Metra's 236 non-downtown stations, with an average of 443 weekday boardings.As of 2022, 95th Street–Beverly Hills is served by 40 trains (20 in each direction) on weekdays, by 21 trains (10 inbound, 11 outbound) on Saturdays, and by 16 trains (eight in each direction) on Sundays and holidays. Parking is available on the south side of 95th Street between the railroad tracks and Longwood Drive, and further west on the corner of 95th Street and Pleasant Avenue.

95th Street–Longwood Manor station is a commuter railroad station on Metra's Rock Island District line in the Longwood Manor neighborhood of the Washington Heights section of Chicago, Illinois, at 9501 South Vincennes Avenue at the corner of 95th Street (US 12-20). It is 10.9 miles (17.5 km) from LaSalle Street Station, the northern terminus of the line. In Metra's zone-based fare system, Longwood is in zone C. As of 2018, 95th Street–Longwood is the 204th busiest of Metra's 236 non-downtown stations, with an average of 64 weekday boardings.As of 2022, 95th–Longwood Manor is served by 17 trains (eight inbound, nine outbound) on weekdays. It is served during peak hours only, although it does get served by some reverse peak trains. The station is little more than an open acrylic glass shelter and is used only during rush hours. Regular service with more frequent trains is at 95th Street–Beverly Hills station on the Suburban Branch west of this station. Parking is available south of 95th Street along Vincennes Avenue, and east of the station along Genoa Avenue, also off of 95th Street.

Gresham is a station on the Rock Island District Metra line, which runs between Joliet, Illinois and LaSalle Street Station in downtown Chicago, Illinois. It is in zone B according to Metra fee schedules based on its 9.8 miles (15.8 km) distance from downtown Chicago. As of 2018, Gresham is the 142nd busiest of Metra's 236 non-downtown stations, with an average of 313 weekday boardings. It is in the community area of Auburn Gresham, on the south side of Chicago. The Rock Island service splits just south of here; trains short-turning at Blue Island as well as evening service to and from Joliet diverge onto the slower Suburban Branch (via Brainerd), while most trains to and from points south of Blue Island remain on the main line. As of 2022, Gresham is served by 40 trains (20 in each direction) on weekdays, by 21 trains (10 inbound, 11 outbound) on Saturdays, and by 16 trains (eight in each direction) on Sundays and holidays. Although Gresham is north of the junction between the main line and the Suburban Branch, the station is only serviced by trains operating on the Suburban Branch. Trains operating on the main line between here and Blue Island are not scheduled to stop at Gresham. Gresham Station is built on an embankment between bridges over West 87th Street and Vincennes Avenue. Parking is mainly street-side, and there are parking lots on the corner of Vincennes Avenue and Halsted Street, and on Genoa Avenue between 88th and 87th Street.
