It is located at 9105 South Prospect Square near 91st Street, 11.3 miles (18.2 km) from LaSalle Street Station, the northern terminus of the line. In Metra's zone-based fare system, 91st Street is in zone C. As of 2018, 91st Street–Beverly Hills is the 128th busiest of Metra's 236 non-downtown stations, with an average of 368 weekday boardings.As of 2022, 91st Street–Beverly Hills is served by 40 trains (20 in each direction) on weekdays, by 21 trains (10 inbound, 11 outbound) on Saturdays, and by 16 trains (eight in each direction) on Sundays and holidays. Despite the location and the name of the station, parking is not available along 91st Street nor Prospect Square. There is a parking lot north of the intersection with 91st and Prospect Square that includes an additional one for a Forest Preserve Maintenance Facility. The closest parking lots to the station house are on-street parking along Beverly Avenue and a parking lot along the west side of Beverly Avenue between the end of the on-street parking lots and north of 92nd Place. This lot is on the right of way of the former Pennsylvania Railroad "Panhandle Line" that shared the station. No bus connections are available.

As of 2018, 99th Street–Beverly Hills is the 81st busiest of Metra's 236 non-downtown stations, with an average of 645 weekday boardings.As of 2022, 99th Street–Beverly Hills is served by 40 trains (20 in each direction) on weekdays, by 21 trains (10 inbound, 11 outbound) on Saturdays, and by 16 trains (eight in each direction) on Sundays and holidays. Despite the name of the station, parking is not available along 99th Street. There are two long parking lots along the line between 100th Street and 101st Street, and two smaller parking lots north of 100th Street along both South Walden Parkway and Wood Street. No bus connections are available.

The Beverly/Morgan Railroad District is a historic district in the Beverly, Morgan Park, and Washington Heights community areas of Chicago, Illinois, United States. It was designated a Chicago Landmark on April 15, 1995.The district consists of the six train stations at 91st, 95th, 99th, 107th, 111th and 115th Streets along the Rock Island District commuter line of Metra. The stations were built between 1889 and 1945 by various architects. In 2017, the 115th Station suffered a devastating fire that resulted in its demolition.

Academy of Our Lady, also known as Longwood Academy, was a school in the Chicago, Illinois from 1875 to 1999. It was co-ed until 1892, and a girls' school afterwards; took boarding students until 1935; and had a grade school program until 1950, after which it was only a high school. It opened as Academy of Our Lady of the Sacred Heart in 1875. The name was changed to Institute of Our Lady of the Sacred Heart in 1886 and to Academy of Our Lady in 1898. The campus is at 1309 West 95th Street at Throop Street the Washington Heights community area, and now houses Chicago International Charter School, Longwood.

The Ridge Historic District is a residential historic district in the Beverly and Morgan Park neighborhoods of Chicago, Illinois. As its name suggests, the district is centered on a ridge, making it one of the few areas of high ground in the generally flat city. Development in the district began in the late nineteenth century, as the Rock Island Line brought access to downtown jobs and several private schools opened in the area, and continued through the early twentieth century. Real estate atop the ridge was particularly sought after for its views and attracted wealthy residents, while the area's working-class population typically lived near the railroad stations. The district's houses exhibit a variety of popular architectural styles from its period of growth; its Prairie School architecture is especially noteworthy, including twelve designs by Walter Burley Griffin and multiple Frank Lloyd Wright works.The district was added to the National Register of Historic Places on May 28, 1976.

The Brainerd Bungalow Historic District is a residential historic district in the Brainerd neighborhood of the Washington Heights community area of Chicago, Illinois. The district includes 527 Chicago bungalows built between 1915 and 1931 and a small number of other residential buildings. Brainerd, an outlying neighborhood of Chicago, was developed in the 1910s and 1920s as the increasing accessibility of homeownership spurred new home construction in underpopulated areas of the city. As bungalows were affordable to construct, they became popular in newly developed neighborhoods, and tens of thousands of them were built throughout the city. While 42 different architects designed Brainerd's bungalows, the neighborhood has a consistent appearance nonetheless, as the affordability of bungalows came in part from how easy the design was to duplicate; however, architects used color and detail work to give each home a unique design.The district was added to the National Register of Historic Places on December 27, 2016.

In Metra's zone-based fare system, Brainerd is within zone C. As of 2018, Brainerd is the 151st busiest of Metra's 236 non-downtown stations, with an average of 265 weekday boardings. It consists of two side platforms that serve two tracks. A shelter is available, but there is no ticket agent. Parking is available along the station on 89th Street. As of 2022, Brainerd is served by 40 trains (20 in each direction) on weekdays, by 21 trains (10 inbound, 11 outbound) on Saturdays, and by 16 trains (eight in each direction) on Sundays and holidays.

Elizabeth H. Sutherland Elementary School is a public K-8 school located in the Beverly neighborhood on the south side of Chicago, Illinois. It is part of the Chicago Public Schools system. The school is named for Chicago educator Elizabeth "Bessie" Huntington Sutherland, the first woman principal in Cook County. The current building was opened in 1925, one year after Sutherland's death.
