Manav Sthali School is a senior secondary public school in New Delhi, India. Established in 1957 by Dr. V. K. Karol Bagh Metro station, known as Drishti IAS Karol Bagh metro station, is a terminus station located on the Blue Line of the Delhi Metro. Karol Bagh is a residential and commercial area located at Delhi. This metro station of Delhi Metro was inaugurated in year 2005. Its adjacent metro stations on the Blue Line are Jhandewalan and Rajendra Place. The name comes under the new co-branding initiative by Delhi Metro Rail Corporation, under which brands can add their name, in this case the IAS Institute, to the metro stations in Delhi along with some advertising space provided to them at the metro stations.

The Syro-Malabar Catholic Eparchy of Faridabad is a diocese of the Syro-Malabar Catholic Church in Faridabad, a city in Haryana, India. Erected on 6 March 2012 by Pope Benedict XVI it serves around 150,000 Syro-Malabar Catholics in the area of Delhi. The National Institute of Science Communication and Information Resources (NISCAIR), located at New Delhi, India, was an information science institute in India founded in 2002. In 2021, the institute was merged with National Institute of Science, Technology and Development Studies to form National Institute of Science Communication and Policy Research (NIScPR). The Indian Agricultural Statistics Research Institute is an institute under the Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR) with the mandate for developing new techniques for the design of agricultural experiments as well as to analyze data in agriculture. The institute is affiliated with and is located in the campus of the Indian Agricultural Research Institute, a deemed university, at Pusa in New Delhi. The institute includes sections that specialize in statistical techniques for animal and plant breeding, bioinformatics, sampling, experimental design, modelling and forecasting.

A fire began at a budget hotel in Central Delhi, the Hotel Arpit Palace, in the Karol Bagh area of the city, at around 4.30am on 12 February 2019, killing at least 17 people. The fire went through all floors of the hotel; people were seen jumping from it.
