Janzé

The Canton of Janzé is a canton of France, in the Ille-et-Vilaine département, located in the southeast of the department. At the French canton reorganisation which came into effect in March 2015, the canton was expanded from 6 to 10 communes.It consists of the following communes:

Brie (French pronunciation: [bʁi] ; Breton: Brev; Gallo: Beriy) is a commune in the Ille-et-Vilaine department in Brittany in northwestern France.

Amanlis (French pronunciation: [amɑ̃lis]; Breton: Amanliz; Gallo: Amanli) is a commune in the department of Ille-et-Vilaine in the region of Brittany in western France. The inhabitants of Amanlis are known as Amanlisiens. The known history of Amanlis dates back to pre-Roman times, when the Riedones or Redones tribe of Gauls inhabited the area. The primary products of Amanlis are agricultural. From the 16th to the mid-19th centuries, it was a center of production of sailcloth made from locally grown hemp. Sites of interest include the parish church Saint-Martin-de-Tours and the Sainte-Anne-des-Bois chapel, which is dedicated to the patron saint of Brittany.

La Couyère (French pronunciation: [la kujɛʁ]; Gallo: La Góyèrr, Breton: Ar Gouer) is a commune in the Ille-et-Vilaine department of Brittany in northwestern France. The commune is home to a small Solar System model established in 2011.

Châteaugiron (French: [ʃɑtoʒiʁɔ̃]; Breton: Kastell-Geron; Gallo: Chaujon) is a commune in the Ille-et-Vilaine department of Brittany in northwestern France. It extended on 1 January 2017 by merging with the former communes of Saint-Aubin-du-Pavail and Ossé.

Corps-Nuds (French pronunciation: [kɔʁ ny]; Breton: Kornuz; Gallo: Cornut) is a commune in the Ille-et-Vilaine department of Brittany in north-western France.

Saint-Aubin-du-Pavail (French pronunciation: [sɛ̃.t‿obɛ̃ dy pavaj]; Breton: Sant-Albin-ar-Pavez) is a former commune in the Ille-et-Vilaine department in Brittany in northwestern France. On 1 January 2017, it was merged into the commune Châteaugiron.The name Saint-Aubin-du-Pavail comes from Saint Aubin, bishop of Angers in the 6th century. The term "Pavail" indicates the paving stone of the Gallo-Roman way which crossed the commune.
