WWPC (91.7 FM) is a non-commercial educational radio station licensed to serve New Durham, New Hampshire, United States. The station is owned by Word Radio Educational Foundation. WWPC broadcasts a Christian radio format as a simulcast of WRKJ (88.5 FM) in Westbrook, Maine.

The Free Will Baptist Church is a historic church on Ridge Road in New Durham, New Hampshire. Built in 1819, it is considered the mother church of the Free Will Baptist movement, although it was not built until ten years after the death of founder Benjamin Randall. New Durham is where Randall rose to prominence, and where the church's teachings and governance were organized in 1780. The building was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1980.

The New Durham Town Hall is located at Main Street and Ridge Road in the center of New Durham, New Hampshire. Built in 1908, it is the town's second town hall, and an architecturally distinctive design of Dover architect Alvah T. Ramsdell. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1980.

New Durham is a town in Strafford County, New Hampshire, United States. The population was 2,693 at the 2020 census. It is drained by the Merrymeeting, Cocheco and Ela rivers, and is known for Merrymeeting Lake. New Durham is home to the Powder Mill Fish Hatchery, located on Merrymeeting Road. Also located here is the Lions Club's Camp Pride, a camp for children and adults with special needs.

The New Durham Meetinghouse and Pound are a historic colonial meeting house and town pound on Old Bay Road in New Durham, New Hampshire. Built in 1770, the wood-frame meeting house stands at what was, until about 1850, the center of New Durham, and was originally used for both civic and religious purposes. Now a public park, the property was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1980.

Prospect Mountain High School is a public high school located in Alton, New Hampshire, United States, and is attended by students from Alton and Barnstead. It has been in operation since 2004. Prospect Mountain's athletic teams are known as the Timberwolves.

Halfmoon Lake is a 283-acre (1.15 km2) water body located in Belknap County in central New Hampshire, United States, in the towns of Barnstead and Alton. The pond is part of the Suncook River watershed, flowing south to the Merrimack River. The lake is classified as a warmwater fishery, with observed species including largemouth bass, chain pickerel, horned pout, and white perch.

The Monument Square Historic District of Alton, New Hampshire, encompasses the 19th-century heart of the town, a roughly triangular open space formed by the junction of Main Street (New Hampshire Route 11) and Old Wolfeboro Road between Factory Street and Church Street. It is notable for its well-preserved 19th-century buildings, and for its relatively uncommon shape, born out of the area's origin as a major road junction. The district was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1984.

Locke Lake is a 149-acre (60 ha) water body located in Belknap County in central New Hampshire, United States, in the town of Barnstead. It is fed by Halfmoon Lake and drained by Webster Stream. It is surrounded by the Locke Lake Colony, a private development. There is no public access to the lake. The lake is part of the Suncook River watershed, flowing south to the Merrimack River.

Blue Job Mountain (pronounced Jobe) is a mountain in Farmington, New Hampshire. It has a fire tower at the summit, and numerous trails, most commonly accessed from First Crown Point Road in neighboring Strafford, crisscross the mountain. Blue Job Mountain State Forest occupies 284 acres (115 ha) around the summit.

Alton is a census-designated place (CDP) and the main village in the town of Alton in Belknap County, New Hampshire, United States. The population was 499 at the 2020 census, compared to 5,894 in the entire town of Alton.
