Mysen Station

Mysen is the administrative center of the municipality of Eidsberg in the county of Østfold in Norway. The town is named after the old farm of Mysen (Norse Mysin, from *Mosvin), since the town is built on its ground. The first element is mosi m 'bog, marsh', and the last element is vin m 'meadow, pasture'.

Momarken Travbane is a harness racing track located at Momarken in Eidsberg, Norway. The course is 1,000 meters (3,300 ft). Owned by Norwegian Trotting Association, its tote betting is handled by Norsk Rikstoto. The venue opened in 1920.

Slitu Station (Norwegian: Slitu holdeplass) is a railway station of the Eastern Østfold Line situated 2 kilometers (1.2 mi) south of Slitu in Eidsberg, Norway. Situated 59.33 kilometers (36.87 mi) from Oslo Central Station (Oslo S), it is served hourly by the L22 service of the Oslo Commuter Rail. The station, which originally provided a passing loop, was designed by Balthazar Lange and opened on 24 November 1882. The passing loop was demolished in 1969 and the station unmanned. It mostly serves as a park and ride station for commuters from Trøgstad.

Slitu is a village in the former municipality of Eidsberg, Norway, now part of the municipality of Indre Østfold. Its population (2005) is 543, of which seven people lived within the border of the neighboring former municipality of Trøgstad. now also part of the municipality of Indre Østfold.

Eidsberg Church (Norwegian: Eidsberg kirke or Østfold-domen) is a parish church located at Eidsberg in Østfold county, Norway. The Church is located down to the river Glomma by the side of the County Road 124. Eidsberg Church is associated with the Østre Borgesyssel deanery of the Diocese of Borg.

Skjønhaug is a village in the municipality of Trøgstad, Norway. Its official population, as of 2005, was 1,817.

Heia Station (Norwegian: Heia stasjon) is located at Heia in Rakkestad, Norway on the Eastern Østfold Line. The station is served by the Oslo Commuter Rail line R22 from Oslo S during rush hour. Heia Station was opened in 1896.

Tosebygda is a village in the municipality of Trøgstad, Norway. It is located at 59°38′27″N 11°14′2″E in the western part of the municipality, between Askim and Skjønhaug.

Rakkestad Station (Norwegian: Rakkestad stasjon) is located in Rakkestad, Norway on the Eastern Østfold Line. The station is also served by the Oslo Commuter Rail line R22 from Oslo S with two trains during rush hour. Rakkestad Station was opened in 1882 as part of the eastern section of the Østfold line and is the terminal station for the commuter rail services.

Askim Næringspark Station (Norwegian: Askim Næringspark holdeplass), until 2008 named Næringsparken, was a railway station situated in the eastern outskirts of Askim, Norway. Situated 31.02 kilometers (19.27 mi), it consisted of a single side platform and served an hourly train of the Oslo Commuter Rail. The station opened on 29 May 1994. It was closed on 9 December 2012 due to low usage, with only 44 average daily boarding and disembarking passengers.

Os is one of three parishes in the municipality of Rakkestad in southeastern Norway. The parish was separated from Rakkestad parish in about 1878. The parish, between Rakkestad village and Glomma, forms the northwestern part of the municipality, and covers an area of about 44 square kilometres (17 sq mi).
