Biggera Creek Dam

Bonney is an electoral district of the Legislative Assembly in the Australian state of Queensland. It was created in the 2017 redistribution and was first contested in the 2017 Queensland state election. It was named after pioneer aviator Maude Bonney.Located on the Gold Coast, Bonney consists of the suburbs of Biggera Waters, Arundel, Parkwood, Labrador and the northern area of Southport.

Southport is an electoral district of the Legislative Assembly in the Australian state of Queensland.The district is based in the northern part of the Gold Coast. It is named for the suburb of Southport, and also includes the suburbs of Arundel, Labrador, Molendinar and Parkwood. It was first created for the 1977 election. An earlier district based in the same region was also called Southport. It existed from 1950 to 1960.

The hospital was built on the Greenfields site adjacent to Griffith University Gold Coast campus at a cost of $1.8 billion.

Gold Coast Hockey Centre is a hockey stadium in Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia. The venue was renovated to host the men's and women's hockey event of the 2018 Commonwealth Games. It was redeveloped for $16.5 million and was completed in June 2017. It is located at Keith Hunt Park in Labrador and is home to the Gold Coast Hockey Association and the Labrador Hockey Club.

Gold Coast University Hospital light rail station (also known GCUH or University Hospital) is a major public transport interchange, providing an important bus - light rail interchange for the Gold Coast suburb of Southport. GCUH is part of the Gold Coast's G:link light rail network and was the original northern terminus of the G:link until an extension was completed to Helensvale in 2017. The Gold Coast University Hospital station is the only underground light rail station for network and provides a bus interchange located on the street level. Translink provides an integrated public transport network for the whole of South East Queensland. Surfside buslines under contract from Translink provides suburban bus services from the GCUH bus station to the surrounding suburbs. The light rail service, known as the G:link runs from Broadbeach South to Helensvale via the key activity precincts of Southport and Surfers Paradise.

The 2018 Commonwealth Games Athletes Village was an accommodation centre to house all participating athletes, as well as officials and athletic trainers of the 2018 Commonwealth Games. It was located in Southport, Gold Coast.

The $230 million facility opened with 284 beds and 13 operating theatres with capacity to expand to 400 beds and 21 theatres, in line with demand.The Emergency Care Centre is open 24/7 and is headed by Dr Anthony Padowitz The hospital is co-located with the Gold Coast University Hospital and Griffith University, forming a major part of the Gold Coast's 'Health and Knowledge Precinct'.

Griffith University light rail station is located on the corner of Engineering Drive and Parklands Drive in the Gold Coast suburb of Southport. The station is part of the Gold Coast's G:link light rail system, servicing the southern portion of the Gold Coast Health and Knowledge precinct. Griffith University light rail station is located alongside the southern end of Gold Coast campus of Griffith University and provides direct access to the Gold Coast Private Hospital. Several bus routes servicing the station provide connections to surrounding suburbs.

Harbour Town is a shopping centre concept that incorporates multiple factory outlets in one centre. The centres are especially popular with locals and tourists. As of February 2021, there are two locations owned and operated under the Harbour Town brand: Biggera Waters, on Queensland's Gold Coast, and at Adelaide Airport, in South Australia. Harbour Town centres also operated in Perth, Western Australia and Docklands, Victoria before being sold off and rebranded.

Labrador is a coastal suburb in the City of Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia. In the 2016 census, Labrador had a population of 18,261 people.

The Queensland Academies - Health Sciences Campus (QAHS) is a Queensland State Government selective entry high school located on the Gold Coast in Queensland, Australia. QAHS offers the International Baccalaureate Diploma Program to students in years 11 and 12, and is also open to year 10 students, who study a preparation program for the IBDP.
