The Premium River - Pine Brook Wetlands are located on Long Island Sound in the City of New Rochelle, Town of Mamaroneck, and the Village of Larchmont in Westchester County, New York. The fish and wildlife habitat is an approximately 65 acre area including Pine Brook south of the Boston Post Road, the Premium River, Premium Mill-Pond, the northeast portion of Echo Bay, and Pryer Manor Marsh. The land area bordering the wetlands complex is predominantly moderate density residential and commercial. The portion of the habitat area within Mamaroneck and Larchmont was designated as a 'Critical Environmental Area' under the State Environmental Quality Review Act.

St Thomas Episcopal Church, at 168 Boston Post Road in Mamaroneck, New York, is a church in the Episcopal Diocese of New York. St. Thomas' Episcopal Church Complex was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 2003.

St. Thomas' Episcopal Church Complex is a historic Episcopal church complex at 158-168 W. Boston Post Road in Mamaroneck, Westchester County, New York. The complex, built between 1884 and 1925, comprises a cluster of four buildings. The Gothic Revival-style church is constructed entirely of rough-dressed Belleville brownstone with a red slate gable roof. It features a square tower on the north facade with clock faces and louvres. The property also includes the Parish House / Chapel (1884-1886), Endowment Building (1887), and Heathcote Hall (1925).It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 2003.

The Skinny House in Mamaroneck, New York, was built in 1932 by African-American carpenter and building contractor Nathan Thomas Seely on an extremely narrow lot of donated land after he lost his home to foreclosure and his company to bankruptcy during the early years of the Great Depression. The 10 feet (3.0 m) wide house has 3 stories and was built on a 12.5 feet (3.8 m) wide plot of land sold to him by his neighbor, to whom he had earlier sold a larger plot of land. The house was constructed entirely from salvaged materials. The New York State Board for Historic Preservation noted “its efficient and beautiful design, careful engineering, and effective interior plan. Challenged by a narrow lot and minimal financial means, Seely created a house that demonstrated both his ingenuity and the desire to provide, above all else, housing for his family.” The Westchester County Historical Society said “its professional construction and ingenious design are a testimony to the dedication of a prominent black contractor to build a solid, functional, and delightful home. It represents both black enterprise and good neighborliness, and is architecturally significant as a symbol of American ingenuity and craftsmanship.”

The United States Post Office building in Larchmont, New York was constructed in 1937 as part of a program started in 1853 by the Office of the Supervising Architect of the United States Treasury Department. It is in the Colonial Revival style, which was the most popular style for post offices built in New York after World War I. This post office was listed on the National Register of Historic Places as part of a Multiple Property Submission. Approximately 80 buildings within the Multiple Property Submission fit into this style.During the 1932-1942 era of post office construction, a large number of post offices and other federal buildings were built in New York. This surge was intended both to address the long-term need for new government facilities, as well as to employ out-of-work architects, engineers, artists, and other construction industry workers who were unemployed as a result of the Great Depression. The economic climate made it necessary to focus on functional design and a restraint in the amount of ornamentation used. The post office was designed by consulting architect William Dewey Foster. The federal Works Projects Administration Federal Art Project (WPA/FAP) also commissioned two realistic murals depicting Larchmont scenes from that era. The murals, painted by the accomplished New York landscape artist, Thomas H. Donnelly, were unveiled in 1939 and depict the Larchmont Manor House and Larchmont Yacht Club.

Mamaroneck mə-MAR-ə-nek is a village in Westchester County, New York, United States. The population was 18,929 at the 2010 census. As of 2019 its population was an estimated 19,131. It is located partially within the town of Mamaroneck and partially within the town of Rye. The portion in Rye is unofficially called "Rye Neck". The Rye Neck Union Free School District contains the Rye Neck portion of Mamaroneck and part of the city of Rye.

Mamaroneck ( mə-MARR-ə-nek) is a town in Westchester County, New York, United States. The population was 29,156 at the 2010 census. There are two villages contained within the town: Larchmont and the Village of Mamaroneck (part of which is located in the adjacent town of Rye). The majority of the town's land area is not within either village, constituting an unincorporated area, although a majority of the population lives within the villages. Legally, the unincorporated section and the villages constitute the town as a political and governmental subdivision of New York State. The town is led by a town board, composed of five town board members, which includes the town supervisor, Jaine Elkind Eney. Much of the unincorporated section of the town receives its mail via the Larchmont Post Office and thereby has a Larchmont address.

Sportime Harbor Island is a tennis club owned and operated by Sportime NY, located in the Village of Mamaroneck, New York inside Harbor Island Park. The club has eight outdoor red clay tennis courts that are bubbled during colder times of the year. It also has a lounge and a pro shop. The club offers private lessons, adult leagues, tennis kinetics programs, elite tournament training, a 10-and-under tennis program, a match play program, tennis parties and a children's summer camp.The New York Sportimes of World TeamTennis, of which Sportime NY was the majority owner, played their home matches at the club from 2003 through 2008. A temporary stadium with a seating capacity of 1,843 spectators was erected for Sportimes matches. During their residency at Sportime Harbor Island, the Sportimes won the 2005 King Trophy as World TeamTennis champions. In 2009, the team relocated its home matches to another facility owned and operated by Sportime NY on Randall's Island in New York City.
