Glebe is an inner-western suburb of Sydney. Glebe is located 3 kilometres (1.9 mi) southwest of the Sydney central business district and is part of the local government area of the City of Sydney, in the Inner West region. Glebe is surrounded by Blackwattle Bay and Rozelle Bay, inlets of Sydney Harbour, in the north. The suburb of Ultimo lies to the east and the suburbs of Annandale and Forest Lodge lie to the west. The southern boundary is formed by Parramatta Road and Broadway. Broadway is a locality sited along the road of the same name, which is located on the border of Glebe, Chippendale and Ultimo.

It was designed by Edmund Thomas Blacket and built in 1860. It is also known as Bidura House Group. It was added to the New South Wales State Heritage Register on 28 August 2017.

Hereford House is a heritage-listed historic site located at 53 Hereford Street in the inner western Sydney suburb of Glebe in the City of Sydney local government area of New South Wales, Australia. It was built from 1870 to 1879. The property was owned by the NSW College of Nursing until it was sold to a private owner in 2001. The house was added to the New South Wales State Heritage Register on 2 April 1999.

Tranby is a heritage-listed former residence and now adult education centre for Aboriginal Australians in Sydney, commonly known as Tranby Aboriginal College. It is located at 13 Mansfield Street in the inner western Sydney suburb of Glebe in the City of Sydney local government area of New South Wales, Australia. It was designed by A. L. & G. McCredie and built from 1858 to 1910, and is also known as Toxteth Cottage. Since 1958 the house and grounds have been the main campus of Tranby National Adult Indigenous Education and Training, and they are owned by Tranby Aboriginal Co-operative Ltd. The property was added to the New South Wales State Heritage Register on 2 April 1999.

Reussdale is a heritage-listed former private house and now function centre located at 160 Bridge Road in the inner western Sydney suburb of Glebe in the City of Sydney local government area of New South Wales, Australia. It was designed and built by Ferdinand Reuss from 1868 to 1870. It is also known as the former Presbyterian Manse. The property is privately owned. It was added to the New South Wales State Heritage Register on 2 April 1999.It is regarded as possible the earliest example of High Victorian architecture in Glebe, with a mixture of Italianate and Free Gothic influences. Reussdale was listed on the (now defunct) Register of the National Estate.

The Blackwattle Bay Campus of the Sydney Secondary College is a government-funded co-educational dual modality comprehensive senior secondary day school, located in the inner-western Sydney suburb of Glebe, New South Wales, New South Wales, Australia. Established in 1979 as Glebe High School, the campus caters for approximately 750 students in Year 11 and Year 12. Since 2005, the campus has served exclusively as the senior school of the Sydney Secondary College and its two junior campuses are Balmain and Leichhardt campuses.

The Glebe Town Hall is a landmark civic building in Glebe, a suburb of Sydney, Australia. It stands at 160 St Johns Road and was built in 1880 in the Victorian Italianate style by architect Ambrose Thornley. The Town Hall was the seat of The Glebe Municipal Council from 1880 to 1948 when it became a community centre and hall run by the City of Sydney. After being transferred to the Municipality of Leichhardt in 1968, it was returned to the control of the City of Sydney following a boundary change on 8 May 2003. The City of Sydney Council commissioned extensive restoration works in 2008, which were completed in 2013, and the hall is now listed on the heritage register of the City of Sydney as "representative as the seat of local metropolitan government for Glebe Municipality, the fourth municipality to be incorporated under The Municipalities Act of 1858." The building is also listed on the (now defunct) Register of the National Estate.

Sydney Secondary College is a multi-campus urban government-funded, co-educational, dual modality, partially academically selective and comprehensive secondary day school, located in the Inner West region of Sydney, New South Wales, Australia.Established in 2002, the College's three campuses are located in the Sydney suburbs of Leichhardt, Balmain and Glebe and cater for approximately 2,000 students from Year 7 to Year 12.

Toxteth Park is an historic house that now houses St Scholastica's College, Glebe, an inner-city suburb of Sydney, in New South Wales, Australia. The house was designed and built in 1829 by John Verge. The house and estate are listed in the New South Wales Heritage Database as a site of local historical significance.The house was owned by two generations of the Allen family and in 1901 was purchased by the Catholic Church and became a convent and a school. The building is now used by the Sisters of the Good Samaritan as the "Good Samaritan Congregational Centre" and is available for small group historical tours by arrangement.
