The airport is located approximately 10 minutes away from the Bendigo CBD. In 2017, Bendigo Airport was upgraded with a new taxiway system, new lighting and a new 1.6 km north–south runway. New lighting and signage was also added.

Langley Hall is a mansion in the Federation architectural style, designed by the prolific Bendigo architects William Charles Vahland (1828–1915) and John Beebe (1866–1936). Built in 1904 as the Vahland-Beebe architectural partnership's largest commission, Langley Hall is located in Bendigo, Victoria, Australia. The mansion is part of the 2.5-acre Langley Estate situated on the corners of Napier Street (Midland Highway), Lyons Street and Dundas Street in White Hills and "remains one of the most prominent landmark buildings of the city".The Langley Estate also contains a double-storey English Tudor-style residence, Langley Manor, designed and constructed in the 1930s. There is also a building formerly used as a chapel together with miscellaneous outbuildings including old stables and private courtyards.

The site covers 10.3 hectares of land and has 31 separate buildings, including a 10,000 sqm main workshop building and six kilometres of railway track.

The Bendigo Botanic Gardens, formerly known as the White Hills Botanical Garden, are Australian botanic gardens in the Bendigo suburb of White Hills, Victoria. The gardens are one of regional Victoria's earliest botanic gardens.The Bendigo Botanic Gardens were founded in 1857 after land had been reserved for the site on the 1854 plan of Bendigo.In 1925, an Arch of Triumph was erected on the Napier Street (Midland Highway) entrance as a memorial to the fallen from the First World War.

White Hills is a suburb of the city of Bendigo in central Victoria, Australia. It is located four kilometres immediately north-east of the city centre between North Bendigo and East Bendigo. "The White Hills" were named for the colour of the clay exposed by gold miners at that part of the Bendigo diggings in the 1850s.The Bendigo Creek, the site of the area's first gold find, runs through White Hills. At the 2011 census, White Hills had a population of 3,275.

Weeroona College Bendigo is an Australian co-educational secondary school, catering for students in years 7 to 10, located in White Hills, a suburb of Bendigo, Victoria. The school was formed in 1999 with the merger of White Hills Secondary College and Bendigo East Primary School.The school has an enrolment of over 700 students, supported by over 70 staff. Year 9 and 10 students have the opportunity to specialise in specific areas of interest. Year 10 students also have the opportunity to undertake some units of their Victorian Certificate of Education (VCE) at the school. Most of the students who choose to go on to achieve the VCE do so at the nearby Bendigo Senior Secondary College. Weeroona College Bendigo began to be rebuilt during 2008 and was completed prior to the start of 2013. The new school buildings were officially opened on 13 October 2013 by Damian Drum.
