Eco Park is a proposed stadium in Gloucestershire, England. If constructed, the stadium will be the home ground of Forest Green Rovers. It is reputedly going to be the world's first timber stadium. Architects, Zaha Hadid Architects were chosen in November 2016 following a design competition.The stadium was granted planning permission by Stroud District Council in December 2019 following amendments having initially been rejected in June 2019.

Moreton Valence is a village and civil parish 6 miles (9.7 km) south-west of Gloucester, Gloucestershire, England. The village is on the A38, just east from the river Severn. The estimated population of the civil parish in 2016 was 165.The Gloucester and Sharpness Canal runs through the parish, with Parkend Canal bridge and Grade II listed Parkend Bridge House at the centre of the village. The village church, St Stephen's, is Grade I listed. There are other Grade II listed buildings within the village including Barracks Farmhouse, Mansfield House and Oakey Farmhouse. Most of the houses in Moreton Valence are built using Cotswold limestone.RAF Moreton Valence was opened here in November 1939 and closed in July 1962. The airfield was to the east of the village between the A38 and B4008. During the Second World War the Gloster Aircraft Company was based here with RAF ancillary buildings including a storage depot between 1944 and 1947, and a military camp.

St. Andrew's Church in Whitminster, Gloucestershire is a village church constructed from Cotswold stone. The church site dates from 1086, although no part of the surviving fabric is visibly older than the 14th century. It was enlarged in 1842 to include a north aisle, designed by Bristol architect Thomas Foster, the tower was restored in 1844 and various other areas in 1884 by Sir A.W. Blomfeld, with the externals remaining mostly unchanged from that date. It currently has a peel of 6 bells, the earliest of which dates from 1634. It is one of only a few churches in Gloucestershire to retain a traditional Stoup, a stone basin used to hold Holy Water. The OS Bench Mark on the tower puts the base at 12.7 metres above mean sea level. The parish is part of the Stroudwater Team benefice within the Diocese of Gloucester.

It is west of the town of Stonehouse and south of Junction 13 of the M5 motorway and the A38 and A419 roads. Since the M5 and its access roads were opened, the main road no longer runs through the village.

Epney is a small village on the River Severn. It is 8 miles (13 km) South-West of Gloucester, Gloucestershire, England within the parish of Longney and Epney. It is between Longney and Upper Framilode. The village has a pub called The Anchor Inn. The population of the Longney and Epney parish is 285 (2011).The hamlet of Epney was first inhabited by the late 13th century, Originally part of the Moreton Valence Parish and has been part of the Framilode ecclesiastical parish since 1855. Since 1974 Epney has been part of the civil parish of Longney and Epney. The small house known as Doris' Cottage dates from the 15th century and is designated as a Grade II* listed building.

Frampton Pools (grid reference SO753073) is a 59.84-hectare (147.9-acre) biological Site of Special Scientific Interest in Gloucestershire, notified in 1974. The pools are on the edge of the village of Frampton on Severn.The site is in the Severn Vale and consists of a number of lakes created as a result of gravel extraction. These provide a good open water habitat which is important for wintering wildfowl. The site is mostly standing water which is surrounded by broadleaved woodland, scrub and the margins support marginal vegetation. The larger, deeper northern pit has steep banks and is often subjected to disturbance by sailing, the southern pit is smaller and shallower with well-vegetated banks and is less disturbed. The northern pool is known as Court Lake and has an area of thirty-nine point nine hectares (99 acres) and the southern pool is called Townsfield Lake and has an area of twenty point seven hectares (51 acres). In 2009 funding was secured to improve the conservation condition of the site through the Aggregates Levy Sustainability Fund.
