Baynards railway station

Rudgwick railway station was on the Cranleigh Line. It served the village of Rudgwick in West Sussex until June, 1965.

Baynards Park is a 2,000 acres (810 ha) estate and site of a demolished country house with extant outbuildings, privately owned, in the south of the parishes of Cranleigh and Ewhurst, Surrey.

Rudgwick is a village and civil parish in the Horsham District of West Sussex, England. The village is 6 miles (10 km) west from Horsham on the north side of the A281 road. The parish's northern boundary forms part of the county boundary between Surrey and West Sussex. The parish covers 6,394 acres (2,588 ha). The 2001 Census recorded 2,791 people living in 1,013 households, of whom 1,425 were economically active.. The 2011 Census recorded a population, including Tisman's Common of 2,722.

Holy Trinity Church is the Anglican parish church of Rudgwick, a village in the Horsham district of West Sussex, England. The oldest part of the church is the font, which is made from Horsham or Sussex Marble and dates from the 12th century. The tower of the present church was built in 13th century though much of the material probably came from the older church that was pulled down to make way for the current building. Parts of the south wall may have been retained from the original church and so may be as old as the tower. The majority of the rest of the church dates from the 14th century with some from the 15th. The vestry is Victorian. The church is a Grade I Listed building.

Longhurst Lodge is a Grade II listed building in Cranleigh, Surrey, England. It is located on the former Baynards Park estate, about a quarter of a mile northwest of where the country house stood. It became a listed building in 1987.The property, a Victorian gate lodge, is located at one of the gated entrances to the estate. It is one of four such lodges on the estate, commissioned by the Reverend Thomas Thurlow around 1837, after he purchased the estate. After being left to dereliction for the 48 years since it was previously occupied — by Irene Gould, her husband and three sons, between 1955 and 1961 — two Cranleigh residents, Vanessa Ford-Robbins and Nik Huddy, purchased the property in 2009 for £250,000 with a view to making it their home. The renovation was followed from April 2011 (about six months into the project) in the Channel 4 show The Restoration Man. Upon completion, it was the first time the building had gas, hot water and electricity in it.The new owners won the Special Heritage Award at the 2013 Waverley Design Awards.

Tisman's Common is a hamlet in the Horsham District of West Sussex, England. It stands in the parish of Rudgwick, on the Rudgwick to Loxwood road, 6.4 miles (10.2 km) west of Horsham.

The school uses the Japanese curriculum, and is one of several Japanese schools in the UK to do so. It is a Shiritsu zaigai kyōiku shisetsu (私立在外教育施設) or an overseas branch of a Japanese private school.

Cranleigh is a village and civil parish, about 8 miles (13 km) southeast of Guildford in Surrey, England. It lies on a minor road east of the A281, which links Guildford with Horsham. It is in the north-west corner of the Weald, a large remnant forest, the main local remnant being Winterfold Forest directly north-west on the northern Greensand Ridge.

The Haven is a rural hamlet in West Sussex, south east England located about 7 miles to the west of Horsham.The Haven is primarily an agricultural area with 75 dwellings scattered across it. One of its best known landmarks is the pub, The Blue Ship. The pub itself has a main bar that dates back to the fifteenth century although the exterior of the pub is Victorian. Hall and Woodhouse beer is served from two hatches straight from the barrel.

Sayer's Croft is a 10.9-hectare (27-acre) Local Nature Reserve west of Ewhurst in Surrey. It is owned by the Sayer's Croft Environmental Education Trust and managed by Surrey County Council.This nature reserve is on land belonging to Sayers Croft outdoor educational centre. It has diverse habitats, including broadleaved woodland, grassland, marsh, open water, tall herb and tall fen.There is access by a footpath from The Street and from the Sayers Croft Centre of Cranleigh Road.
