Redgorton

Battleby is a country house in Perth and Kinross, Scotland. It is in the parish of Redgorton, 1 kilometre (0.62 mi) west of Luncarty and 6 kilometres (3.7 mi) north of Perth. The 19th-century house is occupied by Scottish Natural Heritage, and is protected as a category B listed building. The grounds are listed on the Inventory of Gardens and Designed Landscapes in Scotland, the national listing of significant gardens, for their important plant collection.

Luncarty railway station served the village of Luncarty, Perth and Kinross, Scotland, from 1848 to 1951 on the Scottish Midland Junction Railway.

Bertha Park High School is a non-denominational state comprehensive secondary school in Perth, Scotland. Planning for the school began in 2013 when Perth and Kinross Council voted to accept Scottish Government funding for a new school in Perth. The school opened in 2019, and was the first new high school in Scotland since 2002. The school has a focus on digital learning and is the only school in the UK to be part of Microsoft's Flagship Schools program.

Bertha is the name of the site of a Roman fort north of the site of modern Perth, Scotland, at the confluence of the rivers Almond and Tay. It is 0.5 miles (0.80 km) east of the modern farm of "Berthapark" and is a scheduled ancient monument.The name "Bertha" was originally used by medieval Scots historians, such as John of Fordun and Walter Bower, who did not know the original name for the site and who adapted a version of Perth – "Berth". The Romans probably called the site Tamia, after a native name for the River Tay. In early medieval times the abandoned site was still used for ceremonial purposes by Pictish and Gaelic kings, when it was called "Rathinveramon".The fort was a supply base built around AD83 to support the occasional Roman expeditions into north-east Scotland. At that time, it was at the highest navigable point on the Tay. It is possible that the site was re-used on three occasions up to the 3rd century.The 9-acre (36,000 m2) site was identified in the 18th century. It has been damaged by river erosion and by ploughing, but excavations in 1973 revealed a ditch 11 feet (3.4 m) wide and 5.5 feet (1.7 m) deep. Immediately within the ditch was a wide berm over 30 feet (9.1 m) wide and this was backed by a turf rampart averaging about 21 feet (6.4 m) wide.

Cramock Burn is an historic 2.7 mi (4.3 km)-long watercourse in Scone, Perth and Kinross, Scotland. It is a tributary of the River Tay, which it joins just north of where the River Almond flows into the Tay, on the Perth side of the river. On an 1804 estate map, it is described as a "small sluggish stream".

The River Almond (Scottish Gaelic: Uisge Amain) is a tributary of the River Tay in Perth and Kinross, Scotland. It rises in the hills to the south-east of Loch Tay, and flows eastwards through Glenalmond. It runs through the village of Almondbank, before joining the Tay immediately north of Perth. The river's course is around 48 kilometres (30 mi) long The Inveralmond Brewery and Industrial Estate of the same name are situated near the mouth of the Almond where it joins the Tay north of Perth.

Stormontfield is a village in Perth and Kinross, Scotland, about 4 miles (6 kilometres) north of Perth. It is located on the eastern banks of the River Tay, on the opposite side to Luncarty. St. David's Chapel, a Category B listed building, is located on Cambusmichael Road, the village's main thoroughfare. It dates to 1897 and is the work of Alexander Marshall Mackenzie.

Inveralmond Roundabout is a major traffic roundabout in Perth, Scotland. Located approximately 2 miles (3.2 km) north-northwest of the city centre, it is the meeting point of the A912 Dunkeld Road (at the northern terminus of its route to and from the city centre) and the more prominent A9 road, which changes between being east–west running to north–south, picking up its historic route after skirting the city via a bypass. It is one of Perth's two major roundabouts, the other being at Broxden Junction, where the A9 merges with the M90, 2.3 miles (3.7 km) to the south-southwest. The roundabout is so named due to its proximity to the River Almond, which flows under the A9 around 1,300 feet (430 yd) to the north, approximately 0.3 miles (0.48 km) west of its confluence with the River Tay. Inveralmond Industrial Estate is located adjacent to the roundabout to the northwest, accessed by the Ruthvenfield Road exit.The Cross Tay Link Road is under construction as of July 2022. When completed it will link the section of the A9 immediately north of the roundabout with the A93 and A94 near Scone, to the east.

Ruthven Road railway station served Ruthven House and the village of Ruthvenfield in Perthshire, Scotland, from 1859 to 1951 on the Perth, Almond Valley and Methven Railway.
