Kingsway Camp, officially Guru Teg Bahadur Nagar (GTB Nagar) since 1970, is a historic area located in North West Delhi, near Civil Lines and Delhi University. It starts from Guru Teg Bahadur Nagar (GTB) intersection, and has residential areas like Hudson Lines and Outram Lines. Neighboring localities include Dhaka Village, Mukherjee Nagar and Hakikat Nagar. The foundation of the new capital of British India, New Delhi, was laid at Coronation Park by King George V in December, 1911, making this area historically significant. Originally named after Kingsway an avenue which was built as a precursor to the construction of the residence of the Viceroy of India, after the Delhi Durbar of 1911, though its location was finally shifted to the Raisina Hill, its present location, as was the road titled Kingsway, now known as Rajpath. The area stretched over twenty-five square miles from banks of Yamuna River in the east to Shalimar Bagh in the west. Post independence in 1947, it became the venue of the largest refugee camp in Delhi, housing 3,00,000 refugees. Today, it is a posh residential locality, with a large number of students residing in the area owing to its proximity to the Delhi University; it is serviced by the GTB Nagar underground station of Delhi Metro yellow line and also serving the nearby areas of Mukherji Nagar, Nirankari Colony, Vijay Nagar, etc.

Rani Bagh is a residential area located in the northwest part of Delhi, India. Pitampura TV Tower is a 235-metre (771 ft)-tall television tower, built in 1988, with an observation deck that is located in Pitampura, Delhi, India. Dilli Haat Pitampura is also situated near the TV tower. The Tower was dedicated to the Nation as Dr. B. R. Ambedkar TV Tower 10 April 1992 by the Minister for The State of Information & Broadcasting, Ajeet Kumar Panja.

Vivekananda Institute of Professional Studies (VIPS) is in Pitampura, New Delhi, India. It is a private college, affiliated with Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (GGSIPU). The college admits students in the different schools based on their performance in the IPU common entrance test for the respective course. The Rohini West metro station is located on the Red Line of the Delhi Metro. It is an elevated station and is located in Sector 6 & Sector 10 of Rohini in Delhi, India. The station was inaugurated on 31 March 2004. The station is located just in front of Unity One Mall, Rohini. To provide seamless connection, the mall and the station have been integrated with Skywalk between the station building and the mall near gate no. 1 which allows travellers to directly enter the mall without exiting through the exit gates and vice versa.

Sri Guru Gobind Singh College of Commerce (SGGSCC) is a college of the University of Delhi located in Delhi, India. It was founded in 1984 and is named after the tenth Sikh Guru. It is the second college of commerce of the University of Delhi. The college is primarily a co-educational English medium institution. In 2016 its cutoff touched as high as 97.25%. It is ranked 71st among colleges across India by National Institutional Ranking Framework in 2020. The university runs undergraduate and post-graduate degrees in commerce fields. One of its flagship programmes is its B.A.(Honours) Business Economics programme. As of 2015, the college has some 1700-2000 students. The Principal is Dr J. B. Singh and the staff are almost exclusively Delhi University graduates themselves.
