St Issey (Cornish: Egloskrug) is a civil parish and village in Cornwall, England, United Kingdom which lies approximately two miles (3 km) south of Padstow. The parish covers an area of approximately 4,500 acres (18 km2). At the 2011 census the parish population was 940. An electoral ward with the name of St Issey also existed before being replaced by St Issey and St Tudy in 2013. Its population at the same census was 4,111.

Little Petherick (Cornish: Nansfenten) is a village and former civil parish, now in the parish of St Issey, in the Cornwall district, in north Cornwall, England, United Kingdom. It is situated two miles (3.2 kilometres) south of Padstow and 6 miles (9.7 kilometres) west of Wadebridge. Little Petherick lies in the valley of Little Petherick Creek, a tidal tributary of the River Camel: however, upstream of Little Petherick the creek ceases to be tidal. The village straddles the A389 Wadebridge-Padstow road which crosses the creek at the east end of the village on a Grade II listed 19th century bridge. In 1931 the parish had a population of 178. On 1 April 1934 the parish was abolished and merged with St Issey.

Trevorrick is a hamlet near St Issey in north Cornwall, England, United Kingdom. It is located about two miles south of Padstow just to the east of Little Petherick Creek. Half a km north is Sea Mills, a house on the banks of the creek. Sea Mills was a grist mill in the late 18th and early 19th centuries. It was powered by flood tidal water which then drove a water wheel when the tide was on the ebb. The sea walls can still be seen including the sluice gate but the wheel is long gone.

The National Lobster Hatchery is a charitable organization located in Padstow, England. The hatchery was opened in August 2000 and is situated on South Quay in Padstow, Cornwall. The organisation is a marine Conservation, research and education charity that focuses its efforts on the European lobster. It exists to serve the coastal fishing communities of Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly. The hatchery consists of a visitor centre, shop and conference facility, as well as various culture spaces, laboratories and technical facilities.

The Round Hole is a collapsed sea cave.
