Samukawa Station

The Central Theological College (Japanese: 聖公会神学院 Seikōkai Shingakuin) is the Anglican theological college of the Nippon Sei Ko Kai in Yōga, Setagaya, Tokyo, Japan. Founded in 1908 from the amalgamation of three older Japanese Anglican seminaries it has trained more than 600 lay and ordained graduates for work in the Anglican Church in Japan.

Kōza District (高座郡, Kōza-gun) is a district located in central Kanagawa Prefecture, Japan. It currently consists of only one town, Samukawa. The entire cities of Chigasaki, Fujisawa, Yamato, Ayase, Ebina, Zama; and parts of the city of Sagamihara, were formerly part of Kōza District. As of 2009, the district has an estimated population of 47,812 and a density of 3,560 persons per km2. The total area is 13.42 km2.

Tokyu Kurogane Industries (東急くろがね工業, Tōkyū Kurogane Kōgyō), or Kurogane, was one of the first Japanese automakers. It built vehicles from about 1926 until 1962 when a subsidiary of Nissan, called Nissan Machinery (Nissan Koki Co., Ltd. 日産工機), assumed operations as the company had become a member of the Nissan Group keiretsu. The word kurogane (くろがね or 鉄) is an old term for iron, and one of the kanji used in Mr. Makita's first name. Remnants of the company were called Nissan Machinery (Nissan Koki) until 1985, and operated as a separate entity within Nissan Techno (日産テクノ) until 2006, building and developing all of Nissan's current engines.

Samukawa Shrine (寒川神社, Samukawa jinja) is a Shinto shrine in the Miyayama neighborhood of the town of Samukawa, Kōza District. Kanagawa Prefecture, Japan. It is the ichinomiya of former Sagami Province. The main festival of the shrine is held annually on September 20. This shrine is one of the most famous shrines around Tokyo, where about 2 million people visit each year.

The Former Sagami River Bridge (旧相模川橋脚, kyū-Sagami-gawa kyōkyaku) is the ruins of a Kamakura period bridge over the former course of the Sagami River, located in what is now the city of Chigasaki, Kanagawa Prefecture in the southern Kantō region of Japan. The site was designated a National Historic Site of Japan in 1926, with the area under protection expanded in 2007. It was further designated as a Natural Monument in 2013.
